Family Tides - Beautiful Ocean Block Home in the heart of the island

Welcome to Family Tides!! Imagine sittingk on the 2nd story balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee listening to and watching the ocean waves and the colors of the sunrise. Or perhaps a glass of wine at the end of the day seeing the brilliant colors of the sky turning to dusk before your 5 minute walk over to Mango Mangos for dinner.

Family Tides is our brand new beach home and we are proud to offer it to you for your vacation rental. The beach house has Ocean Views, 5 minute walk to the sand, ocean block location, walk to restaurants and shops, new construction 2 story, 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath house sleeps 8. We have a beautiful, clean interior with hardwood floors modern kitchen, and an open floor plan. Unique features include 2 master bed rooms, one of which is a Master Suite with large walk doorless shower. The living, dining and kitchen area are on the second floor which includes a large balcony featuring views of the ocean and 2 cafe tables. The dining area has a large table with eight chairs and also a bar height counter with 4 bar stools.

The kitchen is equipped with radiant heat cook top and stove, large refrigerator with filtered water and ice, 12 cup coffee maker, keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster and a large pantry. All the plates, cups, utensils, flatware, cookware and knives are available for times you want to prepare a meal. We even included many common spices.

The house also includes a large screened in patio in the backyard with lounge furniture and a table and chairs as well as outdoor lighting. There is also a large patio with fire pit!

There is an LED smart tv equipped with AT&T Uverse in the living area along with a bluetooth speaker bar, and a LED smart tv in the master suite. There is full high speed wireless Uverse Internet access included as well.

The bedroom configuration includes the following:
Upper Level Master Suite: King size bed with memory foam mattress; a full size pull out sofa, and a large bathroom with unique doorless shower.
Lower Level
Master Bedroom: Two full size beds with attached bathroom and shower. Door access to screened in patio.
3rd bedroom: Queen bed and a large walk in closet. Door access to screened in patio.

We have included many extras to make your stay easy and fun including: several bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels as well as many board games.

The large 2 car garage and driveway means no fighting for a parking spot at the beach. You are already at the beach!!

Family Tides has everything you need to enjoy a great relaxing time at the beach in one of the greatest beach towns in the country. We love the city of St. Augustine (10 minute drive) but really love the city of St. Augustine Beach. We are sure that you will love Family Tides and remember your vacation at our home for years to come.

We will allow one dog up to 30 pounds. $50 one time pet fee. No smoking permitted.
