This charming and recently renovated apartment is located near Riva del Vin, the Grand Canal bank, a few steps from the Rialto Bridge.
This area is perfect for visiting the city, indeed within walking distance you will be in the famouse Rialto Bridge and Rialto Market, which are the strategic center of Venice. In 6 minutes walk you can also reach Piazza San Marco and in 20 minutes walk you can reach Piazzale Roma and the railway.
In the immediate proximity there are also some vaporetto stops that will take you to the airport or to the other islands of the lagoon.
The apartment has Venetian and wooden floors that contrast nicely with the modern design of the furniture. To make you feel at home after a long day exploring the city, you will find all the amenities you need such as wi-fi access, air conditioning, iron, hairdryer, Smart TV, as well as a fully equipped and functional kitchen. The house has two double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, independent kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

Location is great.

Location is perfect! Bathroom, shower , kitchen,bedrooms seem clean. Area outside bedrooms was dirty. Beware, the apartment is on a 3rd floor, no elevator. Overall, it was ok.

Comfortable stay, great location

They apartment was as described and a comfortable stay. The Check-in process was smooth and everything was as expected. The location was great and we enjoyed our time in Venice. I would stay here again.

Beautiful apartment

Staying in Venice at this time was an experience which not everyone will have. Empty streets and peacefulness in the city. The apartment is in the most perfect location and gives you access to all of Venice in walking distance. The apartment itself is beautiful decorated with homey boutique style. Everything was spotless clean and worked perfect. Only a tip for elderly person, you have to go up to third floor on some steep steps. We are back one week later for another 3 weeks. No improvement needed. Keep it as it is.
