Apartment has 2 bedrooms (double and twin bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom (shower). Shared swimming pool and lounge area. Free private parking.

Newly built (2019), in the very best location in a quiet corner 100 meters to the beach and Dobrota promenade with restaurants, 20 min walk to Kotor old town with its hustle and bustle. SEA VIEW, shared SWIMMING POOL, free WI-FI, smart TV, aircon in living room and each bedroom. Apartment is on the second floor without lift.

Every modern convenience including dish washer, washing machine, large built-in fridge, full size oven and hob, microwave, nespresso coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, wooden floors, balcony with panoramic sea view. Fresh bed linen and towels provided. Baby cot and high chair on request.
