One Bedroom, Two Bath, Sunset Views & Kiva Fireplaces. Walk Downtown!

Santa Fe is known for its remarkable sunsets, and our two-story casita has front row seats to the nightly show. This one-bedroom, two-bath home overlooks our gorgeous courtyard fountain and features a relaxed southwest-facing deck with expansive city and mountain views.

This casita is part of Campanilla Compound, a community of 15 individual homes, located just four blocks from the historic Santa Fe Plaza. Like all of our homes, it showcases traditional Southwestern architectural details, such as viga-beamed ceilings, smooth Saltillo-tiled floors and kiva fireplaces in the living room and bedroom. There is a private, adobe-walled patio with comfortable furniture and a gas grill for al fresco dining and entertaining outdoors.

There are two full bathrooms, one with a large soaking tub and skylights throughout. We’ve decorated the casita with hand-selected furnishing and artistic elements that exhibit the elegance and unique beauty of authentic New Mexico living.

Location is one of Campanilla Compound’s best features. We’re in a quiet, residential neighborhood, just a quick 10-minute walk to all of the galleries, museums, restaurants and shops on the historic Plaza and Canyon Road. The Santa Fe National Forest and Ski Basin is just 12 miles away, providing you with close proximity to an endless number of trails, ski runs and breathtaking vistas.

This home is perfect for a couple in search of an authentic Santa Fe getaway. It comes outfitted with all of the creature comforts you might need during your stay, including a fully appointed kitchen, high-quality linens, soaps, a hairdryer, iron, washer and dryer, a stereo system with iPod dock and wifi throughout.

Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was so close to the plaza and we loved the ease of walking to all of the sites. The home had a lovely porch with a cute view and it was a very quiet neighborhood.

Great casita near the heart of Santa Fe!

This comfortable VRBO is an easy walk to the center of Santa Fe and Canyon Road art galleries! The casita is clean and well supplied— the kitchen is great for cooking meals. Two outdoor spaces really expand the size of the rental and provide a nice place to eat. Highly recommended!

The condo was perfect for our 4 night stay. The location made it perfect to walk to town. The upstairs patio was wonderful to sit out and enjoy a glass of wine. We never used the fireplaces because it was warm outside. The architecture of the condo was charming. The only downside was the mattress was very soft. It maybe time to change it out. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay!!

Enchantment in Santa Fe

We loved everything about the property, from style of the home, the exposed beams and kiva fireplace (which came in handy when we had an April snow!). It was cozy and comfortable, and the upper level deck made for a great place for morning coffee and evening sunsets! The location was convenient to everything, both to walk to the Plaza area and drive to outlying venues. It was well equipped, and we even cooked a roast for Easter Dinner there! We loved Santa Fe, and would definitely try to get this unit again when we come back!

Lovely place

We enjoyed staying in unit 3. The roof top deck off the bedroom was perfect for a late afternoon cocktail after a day filled with activity. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We could easily walk to the Plaza and Canyon Road galleries. A nice bonus since parking can be an issue. We enjoyed being within 15 minutes of several hikes in the Santa Fe National Forest.

The property was very Santa Fe. Authentic adobe home. We loved the fire place, nicely appointed kitchens, and bathrooms, especially the soaking tub. Our unit had stairs to bedroom. So if you have trouble with stairs be sure to ask.

The views!

Great location. The best thing about this property was the rooftop deck. With views of the city and the mountains, we loved having morning coffee or a late afternoon drink and reading, beautiful sunsets, and wrapping up in a blanket and watching the starry sky after dark. Lovely!

A Perfect Getaway

This is a very lovely property. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. The upstairs terrace/patio gives you a nice view of the area. The 2 bathrooms were great. A short walk to the upper Plaza area. We will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at this rental, as it was a 4 night stay for us both, for my girlfriend’s birthday weekend. She always wanted to check out Sante Fe as a bucket list destination, and our accommodations were exactly what we expected and wanted for our long weekend stay. We would certainly stay here again, and highly recommend it for others who want to visit Sante Fe and enjoy all the Town Square and city has to offer, most everything easily within walking distance.

Beautiful property and set up in the Campanilla Compound. Condo had everything we needed. It is very nicely furnished, although we would have liked a larger bed, like a queen or king, the primary bedroom. Balcony in unit 3 is great for sunsets and general relaxing. Overall a very good experience! Thank you!

Great extended weekend location

Short walk to the Plaza and Canyon Road. Loved Geronimo's and took the "High Road To Taos" coming back at sunset was amazing. Great house, everything was simple and perfect, not one complaint.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this little gem. Within walking distance of many things we wanted to do in the plaza area, and everything else was easily accessible also. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed. We loved the patio- great spot for a glass of wine at the end of the day. We will definitely return!
