Experiencing Tuscany Truly!

We stayed for two weeks in this truly authentic Tuscan Villa. Riccardo made sure we had a tremendous stay by being a great host and he also made sure we had everything needed. Expect authenticity! An Amazing view! A lot of privacy, great pool and perfect beds! This Villa is amazing for people that love to experience Tuscany. Thank you Riccardo for the great stay and your great personality (and not to forget the morning breakfast treats you have brought us)

Wonderful week in July

We have just spent a fabulous week in Pedona. The villa is a great base to explore this part of Tuscany - the surrounding countryside inland is stunning, we visited nearby Lucca and many smaller towns/villages, taking in market days and local restaurants. The drive up the hillside to the property becomes familiar very quickly and once you're 'home' after a day out and about you have the stunning views from the veranda of the whole coastline lighting up and twinkling throughout the evening.The pool is a good size and a must to help you cope with the summer heat - really adds to the holiday experience. Getting to beaches is easily done from Viareggio all the way up the coast.The hosts were truly lovely people - lies of help, information and

Wunderschöne Toscana

Das Haus war sehr schön und es hat an nichts gefehlt vor allem die Aussicht und jeden Sonnenuntergang haben wir genossen. Für unseren Hund war das Gelände super mit viel Platz zum spielen. Der Pool war auch super leider hatten wir nicht so viel Glück mit dem Wetter. Die Bergstraße die man hochfahren muss ist etwas schwierig aber es lohnt sich. Wir wurden herzlich von Monica empfangen und ihr Vater war auch sehr nett. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die schöne Villa la Piana gerne weiter empfehlen

Erholung pur mit grandioser Aussicht

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Blick über die Küste von Viareggio bis LaSpezia. Toller Garten mit Olivenbäumen und viel Platz. Man kann sich jederzeit im Pool abkühlen, großen Dank an die äußerst freundlichen und herzlichen Vermieter die uns immer mit Empfehlungen und Tipps zur Seite standen! Wir kommen definitiv wieder

Das Häuschen liegt sozusagen auf einem Plateau, weshalb man (fast) in alle Richtungen einen tollen Ausblick hat - Erholung pur! Wunderschöner Garten und sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Gerne wieder! :-)

Wundervolle Zeit in Pedona

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und bietet alles was man braucht. Der große Pool ist toll. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Ausblick ist eine Wucht, vorallem Abends ist es bezaubernd über die Lichter der Bucht zu sehen. Nur dass man das Haus nicht mit dem Auto direkt anfahren kann und Einkäufe und Koffer einen Schotterweg entlang schleppen muss ist etwas schade, aber wer einigermaßen fit ist sollte keine Probleme haben. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.

Top Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine tolle erste Juniwoche in der schönen Villa. Familie mit 2 Kindern, 5 und 9 Jahre alt. Das Poolwasser hatte eine angenehme Temperatur. Super auch, dass man fußläufig das schöne Restaurant Il Soggiorno erreichen kann. Wir hatten über Fewo direkt gebucht. Dort stand nicht, dass überall Mückengitter sind und eine Waschmaschine auch vorhanden ist. Also absolut top. Die Übergabe war sehr unkompliziert und sogar mit einigen Ausflugstips verbunden. Rundum perfekt. Wir waren happy. Sehr empfehlenswert.
