The condo was very comfortable and provided really quick and easy access to the beach. The beach itself was incredible - delicious water for swimming, amazing and abundant shells and miles of open, unpopulated sand to walk and explore! The pictures and descriptions of the condo and beach are accurate. The sunsets are into the water and spectacular every single night! If you love the beach, the ocean and the quiet of living in it's rhythm, then you will love Lisa and Chris's place. Lisa and Chris were quick to answer questions and ready to be helpful in making our stay wonderful!

Lisa and Chris's place was absolutely wonderful and comfortable. They were great communicators and very responsive. We loved staying at the private and exclusive Little Gasparilla Island. The 10 minute ferry ride was easy and once we got to the island it was easy to get our things to the condo. We got to enjoy a lot of long walks. I've never seen so many seashells on a beach. At dusk we got to see the dolphins and great sunsets. At night we walked the beach with headlamps. Sitting on the decks of the condo we could hear the ocean all day and night. Adventuring on the island, we found Hoots Library. The history of the island is really interesting too. Everyone we met on the island was very nice. This place is definitely paradise. Thanks Lisa and Chris!

• We had a wonderful time at Lisa and Chris’s place, the location was beautiful and they were very responsive. Loved hanging out on the screened in deck in the evening with the sun setting over the water. Check-in and check-out were very easy, we brought our 1-year old and it wasn’t stressful at all. To any others with children, we were able to rent baby items from a place in Englewood (pack-n-play) and have them delivered right to the mainland security gait prior to arrival which saved us any hassle. Beautiful desolate island, would definitely stay here again!

• Paradise! Lisa and Chris's apartment is exactly how they have it pictured. Beach is a 30 second walk down a boardwalk. Beach is gorgeous it is full of shells, sand dollars and even shark teeth on shore!! Sunsets are breathtaking. It was very easy to communicate with Lisa and Chris, they were always very helpful and informative with any questions we had. Little Gasparilla island is a hidden gem perfect for a quiet getaway, Lisa and Chris's place is the perfect home to enjoy the island! We will definitely be back!

If you’re looking for the perfect island retreat, look no further! This property has everything you could possibly need. The owners are fabulous. Their communication and willingness to ensure their guests have a great time is top notch! We spent nine days here and could have never left. After 33 years of marriage this was our first childless beach vacation! We shared so many beautiful photographs and conversations that our 17 year old booked a flight and joined us for the last 3 days of our trip! As close to all inclusive you can get

Whenever we arrived to the property we found it than described. I was pleasantly surprised that each time I thought of something I needed to cook, wanted to use at the beach or harbor, I looked and it was there. We felt spoiled by how well Lisa and Chris stocked and cared for the condo. We spent 7 nights and enjoyed every one. We are already planning a return trip because we did not want to leave.

This was an exceptional vacation for our family. Peaceful, relaxing and so much fun. The condo was perfect for our family of four. It was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. The kitchen was great for cooking our meals together. We stopped by a local fish market before coming onto the island, which made for some delicious dinners. We enjoyed use of kayaks, paddleboards and other beach gear. The beach is stunning and we felt like we had it to ourselves most days. It was unreal. Lisa and Chris are by far the most accomodating hosts we've ever encountered and super friendly! They helped ensure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We've looked at rentals on this island for years and it always seemed like it might be too much of a hassle, but we were wrong. Chris and Lisa made it easy. We cant wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this LGI property. We’ve been to LGI many times before - first time in this unit. The condos are a convenient way to visit with ferry service and pool access. The unit was refreshed - modern, clean, comfortable, and with so many useful amenities. We loved the two balconies, laundry machines, A/C that works well, ice maker. You also have comfortable useful furniture, games, paper towels, spices, and everything you need in the kitchen to cook. We neglected to bring dishwasher tabs so we could not use the dishwasher. We also brought laundry pods and are returning home with clean clothes! Staying on the island is a little different (no cars, ferry schedule, no restaurants, repairs and improvements from past weather) but we were well aware of all this and had no qualms whatsoever. The owners were very responsive and went above and beyond to assist our stay even with some temporary disruption to the normal ferry dock. This is a great unit with wonderful hosts. We definitely would stay again and would recommend to others.

First timers on LGI with plans to return!

My family and I had a great time staying here for our first time on Little Gasparilla Island! We came with a 2 and 4 year old and were nervous about packing for a week trip on an island with little ones but Lisa and Chris did everything possible to make it all easier and a perfect trip. Was pleasantly surprised with the size and quality of the washer/dryer doing so much laundry with a young family. The hosts were SO GOOD at communicating to make sure that we could navigate having a seamless trip despite being on an island. We didn't leave the island once between our arrival and departure and found so many neat sharks teeth. Locals and frequenters are all so kind and helpful! The soundproofing between the condos was surprisingly impressive! Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

Perfect getaway to relax and unplug/unwind.

Just so much to say about this property, it’s simply amazing. It’s been recently a remodeled after the recent hurricane. The condo has everything you could want. It’s very relaxing, very close to the beach, And tons of amenities that the hosts include. The included mainland gated parking and ferry was also great without adding an additional cost to this stay. The beach was amazing more shells than a person could even count. We walked the whole island several times and didn’t find a golf cart necessary. The hosts were very punctual with responses to questions, And in addition, provided the changes to the summer ferry schedule. They also gave us many recommendations for mainland restaurants. Just simply a beautiful place with great hosts and an amazing remodeled condo right next to the beach. Everything we could have asked for was right here on this hidden gem. Thanks Lisa & Chris

Easy Layed back life

This place is a true getaway. Away from the hustle and bustle. So glad we tried out this island while going with the condo. We had dinners on the balconies facing the ocean, long walks on the beach in the mornings, the property is beautiful, peaceful, quiet, and people are so friendly We brought our boat ran around exploring for days. Don Pedro Island Park is a short boat ride north we found handful of shark teeth in a matter of minutes. Lisa and Chris has been the most accommodating-going over and beyond for us host we ever dealt with. Out of all the places this is the only place we would actually rent again. Bringing our own boat was easy just pay for parking ticket at Eldridge on mainland and leave your vehicle with the trailer there till you return the channels are marked well so it was easy to navigate and find the place. At first we were nerves about all that but Lisa and Chris gave us so many detailed info to help us out. We choose never to eat out or use the ferry it was nice to just do our own thing and preferred the condo’s balcony with the view to eat at. Rent a golf cart to get around the island it’s pretty to go through it. There is a cute little tiny chapel also a short walk north. Do nothing or explore for days or mix it up it will be such a disconnect from that busy world across the bay:). I have to say I envied a little our sweet neighbours throughout the property who get to stay for months at a time:) Going out to eat in the evening is totally available a few nights just have to call the captain for a late pickup on the days it’s offered, which all that info is provided prior arrival. Again Lisa and Chris provided so much info to enjoy this neat place at its best!!!!

This was everything we hoped it would be. Uncrowded, beautiful beach. Able to find a spot on the beach every day minus too many people. Condo was great - had everything we needed for our stay. The people we did meet were friendly. Ferry service was good. Marshall and Michael were both welcoming. Would recommend Lock ‘N Key Englewood Beach and Placida Grill for dinner on the mainland. Lisa was always quick to respond to my questions. Very good experience overall and will hopefully be back. Perfect place for a sunset proposal as my boyfriend proposed our second night there. 😊

Very nice location for those looking for a relaxing island experience. We previously visited in 2019 and will definitely return. The condo is safe, quiet and comfortable. The owner kept us updated with changes to the ferry service. Easy access to a wonderfully long beach with lots of sea shells and warm gulf water for swimming.

Quiet, Relaxing vacation!

We loved our stay in this condo! It is beautifully decorated and clean. The 2 patios, ocean views, and comfy bed were wonderful! No traffic noise and very few people on the beach. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool! It was a pleasure to cook in the well stocked kitchen. I appreciated the host reminding us to get groceries before taking the ferry to the island. (It’s a short walk from the dock to the condo. Less than 5 min.) The ferry runs every day and is easy to schedule. Michael, the Captain sold us some of his fresh snapper and it was DELICIOUS !!! Everyone we met was so friendly! This is a cozy community and we look forward to going again! Chris and Lisa are fantastic hosts! (Beach umbrellas and chairs, boogie boards, kayaks, they think of everything!!!)

The place was very clean, beach was wonderfully and surprisingly clean. House was beautifully decorated and Lisa was very nice and responded very quickly to any messages. Loved our stay! Thank you so much. We definitely want to come back :)
