Fantastic stay

Fantastic large property and garden. A bit tired in some places but overall plenty of space for the whole family. Fantastic host quick response and most helpful.

We had a pleasant experience overall. The host was very responsive and quick to assist whenever we contacted them, which we really appreciated.I would also like to highlight the excellent customer service from Vrbo. Their team was professional, understanding, and very helpful throughout the process. They listened to our concerns, handled everything efficiently, and made sure the matter was resolved satisfactorily.Thank you to the host and Vrbo team for your support and excellent customer care. Beautiful property with space for large group.

Overall a good property for our large group near Edinburgh. The grounds are lovely and there is plenty of space. The gate was a little tricky and some of the bathroom fixtures did not work well but plenty of bathrooms to be able to just use another.

Family Vacation

We just had a wonderful week-long vacation in Scotland and stayed here for the duration of the trip. The property was accurately listed and there was plenty of space for our group of seven. It was a short drive into Edinburgh city center as well. We would definitely recommend this property for large groups or families who want a lot of space. Great communication with the property manager as well throughout our stay. Truly felt like our home away from home and would love a return visit in the future.

Un día antes, al preguntar el modo de recoger la llave, nos dimos cuenta de que habían anulado la reserva sin avisarnos. Y que estaba completo. Al parecer la casa se la habían dado a otro. Tuvimos que buscar otro apartamento. Nos devolvieron el dinero pero no la totalidad.

Family Reunion

We rented Orchard House for a family reunion. It is an amazing property and just perfect for our stay. The children loved the garden and could play in safety within it's walls. The house has lots of character and nothing like we have ever stayed in. Super for a large group/special occasion. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
