You’ll find bright, comfy, and inviting living spaces on all three levels.

First Floor: A private bedroom, family room, full bath, office, and kitchenette with laundry.

Main Floor: The main living room with sectional sofa and fireplace, dining area, eat-in kitchen, double French doors overlooking the park, and a private roof deck.

Third Floor: Three bedrooms and two full baths. The main suite has soaring 10' ceilings, an en suite bath, fireplace, and laundry.

On the ground level, there’s an attached garage with gated driveway access. Please note: very tall SUVs may not fit in this standard height garage.

Amazing Home, Awesome Owner

We had an amazing time! The three-level home is elegantly beautiful. The décor is bold, the furniture and beds are super comfortable and the patio is awesome. Pam is a great host, fun and responsive. This is also a great location – safe, quiet, and near Lake Michigan, McCormick Center, and downtown Chicago. Attached garage and plenty of street parking. We spent two nights at Pam's beautiful home in Chicago. Every detail of the property is just lovely and we wanted for nothing (she thought of everything). Pam was responsive and available for any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a wonderful property for my family and I. Only one slight ding is all the steps were hard for my 72 year old mom to navigate. Very spacious, very clean and modern! Everything the pictures illustrated. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Terrific Property! Great Host!

We had such a great experience at this tri-level home in Chicago. Pamela did a super job. The property was so well done and lovely. It was furnished so well and the set up was great. The patio deck outside had flowers and nice furniture, and we enjoyed sitting outside listening to the blue-tooth speakers provided with the property. The kitchen had seasonings, spices, and condiments to use for cooking; it was outfitted well with dishes and glasses. The beds were great. Pamela was available for questions and was so helpful and accommodating. It was a 10 minute walk to Pier 31. We just wished we could have stayed longer! We will next time! I highly recommend this property and host!

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It is situated in a safe and quite neighborhood. Pamela, the owner and manager is very responsive and accommodated all our requests to make our stay enjoyable. We would love to rent this house again.

Great property !!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. Pam was beyond helpful and responsive prior to our visit. She proactively asked if we would like the room with twin beds configured to a king and responded immediately to any questions. We were greeted with snacks, a refrigerator filled with morning refreshments and a kitchen stocked with essentials. We ate in during our stay and the deck area with grill was a great venue. The house has a nice layout, great bed and bathrooms and modern amenities. I would highly recommend this property!
