As shown in the photos, the house was renovated in 2022 to make it comfortable and inviting, with its soft colours and well-placed lighting. It offers two spacious double bedrooms with the option to add two extra beds upon request; in the living room, every corner is thoughtfully designed for reading and relaxation; the kitchen, in addition to dishes, is equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso machine—all conveniently within sight—along with sealed single-use tableware and everything you need for a hearty breakfast.<br>There are two small balconies, one of which is in the bedroom and overlooks the alley. Every room features air conditioning and heating, as well as free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV.

Great place - great location!

Absolutely perfect place for three of us to stay. Andrea could not have been better at communication both before and during our visit. Highly recommend this comfortable apartment in the heart of Palermo.

L'appartement est bien équipé, très propre. Emplacement très central idéal pour visiter Palerme et à moins de 15' à pied de la gare pour visiter les villes alentours.
