Serene and charming

We loved every minute in this beautifully outfitted cottage. Warm and light and surrounded by the beautiful hills of the Lake District.

Methera

It is a lovely cottage but the shower lets it down. I wouldn’t want to stay longer than the 3 days. Also, the info says there’s a washing machine but it’s actually a communal one in a separate building. We were asked if we wanted a fire starter kit and logs, but there isn’t a fireplace!

Hello, I am so sorry you felt let down by the shower and washing machine placement. I shall ensure the advert reflects that the washing machine is in a separate building. It was my fault I asked you about the fire - I got my properties muddled when I sent you out the information. We've had great reviews for Methera and am very disappointed you only gave it a three star, but I've been in the game a long time and realise you can't please everyone... as much as I try. Having been in contact with the guest, the complaint refers to the size of the shower not its function, pressure or temperature.

Amazing 👏

Place was stunning and so clean. We enjoyed our stay and we definitely will be coming back some day. As I have back problems the bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. This place has anything you need. Amazing views. So peacefully at night time. We loved it.Thank you for letting us to stay.
