Beachfront condo on #1 Siesta Key/Crescent Beach. No streets to cross!

You will love your time in this well-appointed condo just steps from the cool white sands of Siesta Key Beach. With a king bed in the master, a queen and twin in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, it sleeps 6 very comfortably. There are TVs in the living room and each bedroom, and free Wi-Fi, cable, and HBO.

The kitchen is fully stocked, so you can cook to your heart’s content, or just walk across the street to enjoy the many restaurants, bars, ice cream, and coffee shops – there’s even a grocery store! But you don’t have to walk far to get to the beach – it’s just a short walk from your door with no roads to cross. When you’re beached out for the day, take a swim in the large, heated pool or relax on your private deck and enjoy the sunset.

This condo is on the second floor of the Sea Shell Condominium complex, which provides many amenities for its guests. That includes beach towels, beach chairs and loungers, and gas and charcoal grills that can be reserved in the onsite office. Our staff will be glad to help you out. The complex also has a coin-operated laundry on each floor and two elevators for your convenience in getting around.

Make sure to check every room and drawers for your belongings. We are not responsible for items left in the unit

The location is perfect - beachfront on one side and directly across the street from good dining and shopping on the other side. The management was on site and very accommodating. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because it would have been nice to have beach stuff like a beach wagon with chairs and an umbrella with sandcastle items and coolers and so forth. It was nice to have these items like the other places we had stayed before. Cooking wise it has everything. It was very clean and comfortable and we would stay here again. The owners are very easy to get ahold of.

Perfect spot and location!!!!

First time down to siesta and it was a perfect girls trip spot! Amazing place, clean, walking distance to a lot of spots and a perfection location from the beach. Will def stay here again!!

Older Property

The property was older and showing its age. The condo had great aesthetics but the items that needed to function barely did. When we looked past the aesthetics, things were dirty and old. The bathrooms were dirty and cramped. The whole place needs deep cleaning. The provided umbrella was a bonus until we realized that it didn’t include the necessary parts to make it function properly. The sheets on the king bed were pithy, scratchy, and uncomfortable. Pots and pans can use an upgrade. The location was great and overall the place was average; however, we will choose a different location for our visit next year.
