Steps to Siesta Key beach, restaurants and shops!

Overlooking the large, heated pool and just a few steps to the famous white sands of Siesta Key Beach, Unit 410 is an island paradise. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably accommodates 5 people, with a king bed in the master and a queen and a twin in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, as does the living room. Wi-Fi, cable, and HBO are included.

Like all of the units in our complex, 410 is geared toward being your home away from home, with a fully stocked kitchen, dining room that seats 6, and plenty of seating on your private, wraparound lanai. The Sea Shell Condominium, a gated complex with 49 units, offers a range of amenities, including charcoal and gas grills, beach chairs and lounges, and beach towels. Each unit has one assigned covered parking space.

There are coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor and stair or elevator access to the various floors. Our on-premise office makes check-in and check-out a breeze. And we are always happy to assist you with any questions you may have while you are here on vacation.

Just across the street are plenty of shops, restaurants, groceries, and entertainment, and, of course, our private, gated beach is just a few yards away with no streets to cross to enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Great location!! The fact that there are beach chairs and area and a pool are just wonderful! Condo was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Condo had everything stocked in the kitchen that you could need. The only reason this condo doesn’t get the excellent from us is due to the lighting. Bedrooms were dark and had lamps but only half the lamps had lightbulbs in them. In the evening the walkways and elevator area is very dark. Brighter or more lighting would be helpful.

Great property!

This property was excellent! Nice and clean, super cozy, the wrap around porch was a nice bonus with partial ocean view and great for people watching on the front side facing Captain Curt’s. You could hear the live music playing across the street from the balcony on nights we just wanted to hang in after long beach days. So many places within walking distance, short trolley ride to the village for change of scenery. Overall we give this place 5 stars.

Good stay

The condominium was a good location. I think the bathroom door in master bedroom needed some WD 40 it squeaked when trying to be quiet at night going to the bathroom. The faucet in bathroom sink in master bedroom was hard to turn on and control the pressure.I wish I had chosen a room looking at the beach instead of the pool but that’s my fault I thought when I choose oven view that the pool over looked the pool while still having an oven view so I need to read more carefully. Other than that I was good

The condo has a great location and was very nice. It was unfortunate that the condo manager, Maria was not very professional when we told her about our experience with bugs for 2 nights. She didn't even reply to my emails as she instructed me to do after we left to discuss our dissatisfaction.

Wonderful mother/daughter getaway!

Place was well stocked, clean. Right on Crescent Beach Siesta Key. Beautiful white powder sand. Across the street was an outside restaurant - next to that was a gift shop, tiki bar, live music. I will definitely be back!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Shell on Crescent Beach. Beautiful white sandy beach. Condo pictures on website do no do it justice---it is newly decorated beautifully, fully equipped kitchen. bedrooms have walk in closets, comfortable and stylish livingroom and bedroom furniture, well lit bathrooms with lots of storage . Checking in was easy. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Only 2 miles to Siesta Key Public Beach. We are planning to return.
