This is a lovely quiet and very comfortable ...

This is a lovely quiet and very comfortable house. The pool and the views are superb and we enjoyed our visit very much. The one slight problem we had was finding the address on the first day. This is partly because the road sign, 'Avinguda de l'Alacanti' is obscured by a mirror. If it is of any help, we approached the property from La Xara on the CV-724,. Go past Casa Blanca and keep going until you reach a roundabout that is clearly marked as the entrance to La Sella Urbanisation on your left. There is a big white hotel and sports centre here as your landmark. This is the El Balcon and La Sella Lounge, Restaurant and sports centre. Proceed past this onto the urbanisation and continue until reaching the first turning on the right (a steep hill). The road sign on the corner is obscured by a mirror. Proceed up this road and follow it along until reaching the address.

This is the perfect place for a relaxing ...

This is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in very well equipped, maintained and cared for surroundings. The area is very peaceful with super views and the location allows easy access to Denia for shopping and eating out. There are good beaches nearby should you fancy a change from the pool. Also, a super drive into the mountains is recommended.

Wunderschön! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, die Kommunikation super, alles sehr sauber. Wir hoffen wieder dort Urlaub zu machen.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Traumblick

Alles war wunderbar - vom reibungslosen Check-in-Vorgang über die makellose Sauberkeit in und um das Haus bis zum Pool. Am schönsten war der herrliche Blick bis zum Meer.

Schöner Urlaub!

In dem Haus war ein erholsamer Urlaub möglich. Es hat eine schöne Raumaufteilung und ist grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind echt toll. Supermärkte sind gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem deutschsprachigen Anbieter lief hervorragend (es gab einen Internetausfall. Der Anbieter hat sich schnell mit dem Netzbetreiber in Verbindung gesetzt und das Problem wurde schnell behoben). Dem Haus fehlt eigentlich nur ein Grill draußen und der Wäscheständer müsste mal ersetzt werden (fehlen schon Streben + Wäscheklammern bei dem Wind da oben). Bei der Müllentsorgung müsste sich etwas überlegt werden. Es gibt in der Straße eine Sammelstation bei der man telefonisch einen Code anfordern muss. Wir konnten an zwei unterschiedlichen Tagen dort niemanden erreichen. Eine andere Anwohnerin hat uns ihren Code geborgt. Wäre schade, wenn man sonst die Müllsäcke vor der Station ablegen müsste. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Das Haus ist toll und wir kommen gerne wieder!

"Villa Arriba" situada en el apacible ambiente de La Sella con la proximidad a todos los servicios (centros comerciales, restaurantes, etc.) en combinación con una casa llena de los conforts esperados, unida a estar cerca a Dénia y sus atractivos han hecho de nuestra estancia una experiencia inolvidable, en una palabra "volveremos".

Das Haus bietet viele Möglichkeiten für einen angenehmen und entspannten Aufenthalt. Um die nahe Umgebung rund um Denia und La Sella voll zu erkunden, bietet sich ein kleines Auto an. Ein angenehmer Stellplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden!
