This property is perfect for a trip to Venice. Easy walking distance to everything. Fabio was very helpful in explaining transportation to the apartment and even met us at the water bus station to lead us to the apartment. We loved the hidden garden entrance. The apartment is comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood has everything you need: coffee shops, restaurants, small market.

Fabio provided very clear directions on transferring from the train station to the water bus stop where he met us. Leave excellent information on the area, escorted us to the apartment and gave an excellent overview of the apartment facilities and access guidance.

The apartment was in a quiet private area with lovely garden and outdoor space. That was quite a surprise for a property so centrally located. The apartment was clean and spacious with all amenities. The host, Fabio, was friendly and helpful and made our stay easy. I would recommend to all.
