Located in a resort style 19 unit complex with central courtyard patio, & barbecue, heated pool (in the summer) and is centrally located near Carpinteria’s quaint downtown and pristine beaches. The complex is surrounded by gorgeous mountain views, open space and flat walks to the beach.
You can walk everywhere in Carpinteria, seconds to the beach, parks, restaurants, markets, shopping, Amtrak. Peaceful haven for relaxing and sports! Our rental is family friendly!

Our 2 bedroom apartments are artistically and individually decorated with your comfort in mind. Your furnished rental includes the comforts of good design, with a queen bed, 2 twin beds, queen sleeper sofa, dining table with 5-6 chairs, and all comforts of home! The kitchen is equipped with dinnerware, refrigerator/freezer, oven/stovetop, microwave, coffeemaker, and toaster oven so you have everything you need for meal preparation. Your rental includes, cable TV, a DVD player & free WiFi.
Enjoy lounging or swimming in our heated (summer) pool or perhaps enjoy a meal in the courtyard patio with barbecue! Wonderful restaurants nearby too!
