Although Paris was in the middle of a heatwave, the stay at the property was not ...

Although Paris was in the middle of a heatwave, the stay at the property was not a pleasant experience. The property obviously has no air conditioning, so 2 electric fans were provided, that effectively just recirculated the warm air. The bathroom sink plug was broken and the dishwasher would not close properly. But the biggest complaint was the fact that the fridge would not close properly. This meant that the motor was trying desperately to cool a fridge that was open to the room temperature. This resulted in more warm air blowing into the room. Then add in the fact that we couldn’t store any food in the fridge as everything was spoiling very quickly, this helped me towards the bad rating. I did provide this observation early during the stay, however it seemed to fall on deaf ears. Finally, I’m not entirely sure the bedding was the cleanest as a few rashes appeared on our legs.

Logement propre et très au calme durant notre séjour car il n’y avait pas de voisins. Bien situé pour nous, avec un U express et une boulangerie à deux pas. Le canapé lit était trop dur mais sinon il y avait tout ce qu’il nous fallait (lave-vaisselle, machine à café, grille pain, fer à repasser…) et nous y avons passé un bon séjour.

Appartement au rez de chaussée non précisé dans l’annonce. Gros vis à vis avec un autre appartement (1 mètre) et sombre. Cafetière et un volet roulant qui ne fonctionne pas. Impossible de joindre quelqu’un.

This apartment has no air-conditioning and no fans. Since its ground floor you can't open the windows. So, basically you will be sleeping in an oven. The property management company ( Bell villa property) offers the worst customer service. The call center is in another country and they have no idea about the property. The response time is 48 hours. We had requested early check in and also paid for it. When we arrived at the apartment at 1 pm after an 8 hours flight , the apartment was not ready. We were roaming in the streets with our luggage in sweltering heat. Agreed that things can go wrong but the customer service offered is the worst. Our vacation was ruined by this stay. Keep away from the property.

Très bien situé pour un séjour touristique à Paris. Le logement était propre. En dehors du canapé lit peu confortable, de l’absence de vraie séparation entre la pièce de vie et la chambre (porte cassée et absence de rideau assez grand pour cacher la porte et la fenêtre) et de petits détails (toutes les lumières ne fonctionnaient pas et un volet ne fonctionnait pas non plus), nous avons bien apprécié le logement.
