Alan’s Corner - Very convenient location, halfway between Cooperstown and the Cooperstown Dreams Park. This translates to less than a five minute drive to either one. It features a covered, wrap around front and side porch porch. Built in the 1800's, it has been recently renovated.

Alan's Corner is a family friendly home, with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor: one with a king and one with a queen bed. The 2 bedrooms on the second floor each have a queen. The two baths on the first floor are off the hallway - each with a shower. There are 2 baths on the second floor. One is off the hallway with a tub and a shower, while the other one is within one of the queen bedrooms.

There are wood floors throughout. This inviting home features a fully equipped eat-in, contemporary kitchen, with dishwasher. There is A/C throughout the home. There is a TV in the living room and one in each bedroom. An above ground pool provides fun for the whole family in the back yard. Enjoy family campfires around the fire pit.

Alan’s corner was the perfect stay for us while my son played baseball during the Cooperstown Tournament. The house was spacious and clean with many bathrooms and bedrooms to accommodate family members. Would highly recommended for your stay!

Host was easy to communicate with. Even when a problem arose, he got it fixed quickly. Maybe I didn’t read far enough in the description, but the only thing we were disappointed in was that 1 of the 4 “bathrooms” didn’t have a toilet, just a shower and sink.

Absolutely perfect!

This house was perfect for our Cooperstown baseball tournament stay. Plenty of rooms, plenty of bathrooms, and best of all AC!!!!! I didn’t think to check for AC since we are from Florida, but a heat wave came through and we were one of the few families that had a house with AC. It was amazing. Another plus was it’s so close to the fields. Rain delays will ruin your experience here if you stay too far away from the fields, and location is so important. This place was perfect. The owner was very attentive and couldn’t have been more helpful. If you are coming to Cooperstown, this is your house to rent.

Alan's Corner had everything our 2 families needed during our trip to Cooperstown. The property was clean and well maintained. Location was perfect!! Less than 5 minutes to the park, downtown, and the store. We would definitely stay here again to come to Cooperstown!

Alan’s Corner was as described. It’s a nice size house, spacious enough to allow privacy and room for the whole family. My sons enjoyed the pool during our stay, and we liked sitting our on the front porch. The proximity to Dreams Park is perfect, and the location as far as nearby restaurants and activities, as well as the town of Cooperstown, was just what we were looking for. We would stay here again. The owner was communicative and everything went smoothly!
