Nestled in a peaceful street in central Blairgowrie, a 3 minute walk to the centre, bus stops and shops. Beadles Cottage offers the perfect family retreat. The home features a luxurious king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom, a cosy single room ideal for a child, a family shower room and open-plan living space with kitchen. Step outside to discover a garden with dining area and BBQ. This historic cottage, over 100 years old, was once home to the church beadle who tended the neighbouring grounds.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

We would appreciate if you kindly gather used towels in the bathroom and remove the garbage to the outdoor skips.

Kindly double check all the rooms are cleared from your personal belongings and clear all the rubbish away.

Please turn off all of the lights and close windows. When leaving the property please leave the keys in the lock box outside the front door.

The pictures of the property looked great, but they don’t do the place justice. I would highly recommend the Beadles Cottage to anyone looking for accommodation in the area.

The cottage was lovely, beds very comfortable. Decoration great, each room had its own character. Shower superb. Kitchen had everything you could need. The cottage has a lovely garden with table and chairs which would be great in the summer. There is parking right outside. All in all a great cottage. Stayed with a friend and my dog. Garden was properly enclosed and safe.
