The flat is really comfortable and well equipped, we had a great time, the location is quite good, it's just a very steep street, which is common throughout Lisbon, but everything was excellent. Everything was excellent.

Disappointed by the Outdoor Space! If you're booking this place for the terrace with the BBQ grill and outdoor dining area—don’t. Like a previous guest already mentioned, the garden was completely unusable, and unfortunately, nothing has changed. I specifically reached out to the host’s team two days before check-in to ensure the BBQ grill would be clean and ready to use. Not only was this request ignored, but when I brought it up again at check-in, the only solution offered was to have someone come clean it—for an extra fee. That’s unacceptable. The orange tree in the garden is also overgrown, making it difficult to walk around comfortably. And please don’t blame it on “winter conditions”—basic maintenance should be standard, regardless of the season. That said, the interior of the house was solid. The space was clean and comfortable, the bed was great, the AC units worked well, and the kitchen was fully equipped. If you’re planning to stay indoors, it’s a decent option. But if the outdoor amenities are a deciding factor for you, I’d look elsewhere.
