The Space

With four comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an open-concept living area, SeaView comfortably accommodates up to eight guests while providing plenty of room to spread out.Large windows fill the home with natural light and showcase beautiful ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and two bedrooms. The spacious layout makes it easy for everyone to gather together while still enjoying their own space. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare everything from quick breakfasts before the beach to family dinners after a day of exploring the coast.

Outdoor Living

One of the home's best features is its wraparound deck and fully fenced backyard. Enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the ocean, fire up the grill for dinner, or spend the afternoon playing cornhole and badminton with family and friends. If you're bringing your dogs, they'll love the fenced yard, and the outdoor hose makes rinsing off sandy paws quick and easy after a day at the beach.

The private Bayshore beach access is only a three-minute walk from the house. This beautiful stretch of coastline offers miles of uncrowded sandy beaches perfect for morning walks, beachcombing for agates and sand dollars, flying kites, building driftwood forts, watching sunsets, and letting the kids and dogs run along the shore.

SeaView offers the peaceful atmosphere of a quiet beach neighborhood while being just a short drive from Newport, Yachats, the Oregon Coast Aquarium, Yaquina Head Lighthouse, Cape Perpetua, restaurants, breweries, shopping, hiking, fishing, and whale watching.

Dog Friendly

Dogs are welcome because vacations are even better when the whole family comes along. The home includes a fully fenced yard, easy beach access, and an outdoor hose for sandy paws. Up to three dogs are welcome (pet fees apply).

Bayshore Community Amenities

Guests may also enjoy seasonal access to the Bayshore community swimming pool (daily fee required).

Guests of this home also have access to the Bayshore swimming pool on a daily fee basis. The swimming pool (open seasonally in the summer) schedule of swim times will be posted at pool entrance. Renters must provide their rental agreement and photo identification to gain access. Access may be restricted during busy times.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.

Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.
