Updated & relaxing Getaway for you and your whole family. Beautiful ocean views from the living room, dining area, kitchen, balconies and bedrooms!
Plenty of room in this huge condo for everyone to be together or kids can separate and go upstairs and hangout in the family room upstairs that includes a big tv and DVD player. Ocean access is across the street when exiting the elevator. There is lots of covered parking in the parking garage located under the building(4 parking passes for this rental). No golf carts, motorcycles, or trailers allowed per HOA.
Our policy is Guests Must Be 25 Years Old to Book and Must Stay the entire time.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please replug in TVs properly, if used for games, older guests don’t like it when the tvs don’t work.
Take all trash down to dumpster.
Turn a/c back to 74.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No grilling or hanging anything from balconies. Always use a Parking pass in the garage. Please treat our home as well as you treat your own!
No Motorcycles, or trailers allowed on property. They will be towed, per HOA Rules.

Love the location in Cherry Grove - very family oriented. Futch Beach is right across the street.

What makes this property unique

Great Family oriented area and beach. We are near Myrtle Beach, but Cherry Grove is a great destination all on its own.
Our property is unique because we have lovely outdoor spaces on the balconies. Guests really seem to enjoy sitting outside in the evenings, listening to the waves, having a glass of wine and socializing.
