Charming 3/2 Virginia Trace Villa, next to Lake Sumter Landing, with golf cart

Note: The Master Bath is being gutted and replaced with a new modern bathroom as of this writing. As soon as it is done, I will update the pictures with the new bathroom and also new window dressings being put in no later than the end of July.

This Courtyard Villa has a beautiful large open kitchen. We can't even imagine how to fill all the cupboard space. The kitchen has a full length bar/pass-thru open to the dining and living area and an ample pantry off to the side. The overall house plan is open and inviting. Particularly if you are entertaining, you are always within ear and eye shot of your guests.

The floors were just recently done in a rich wood throughout with the main living areas and master bedroom. The lanai was also recently redone in a very nice tile. The guest bedrooms have comfortable wall-to-wall carpet.

The Master Bedroom has a king size sleigh bed and is furnished in natural wood colors while the Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed and is in an old world white style. The Third Bedroom has a Murphy bed (queen size) with a small office setup with desk and chair - the perfect spot to check your e-mail or scan the Internet.

The Master Bedroom has a large walk-in closet and also a flat screen LED TV with a built in DVD player for those evenings when you simply want to relax in bed and watch your favorite program or DVD. You can also step outside from the Master Bedroom through your private entrance onto the lanai for a breath of fresh air.

The Master Bath is being totally remodeled in June 2024 (wait for the updated pictures) but everything will be brand new including an open frameless glass entrance to the shower and all new accessories. The Guest Bath has a full size tub and shower.

The Guest bedroom and bathroom can be separated from the main living area by closing a pocket door.

The living space has an entry to the lanai and also a large flat panel TV and DVD player for your watching enjoyment. A variety of table games are also included.

The fully enclosed lanai is a great addition in that you can use it year-round. The floor-to-ceiling glass panes can slide closed to keep the rain out, or slide open to allow the fresh air in thru the screens.

Outside the lanai is a wonderful custom patio area which is perfect for that first cup of coffee, reading the newspaper, or even maybe privately working on your tan since the backyard of this Courtyard Villa is completely enclosed for privacy. Plus there is a propane gas grill for those you love to do a bit of 'grillin'.

The garage provides ample parking for your one car (needed only to come in and leave from your vacation) and a provided Yamaha 2-person Golf Cart (main mode of transportation while in The Villages).

Also included is of course free High Speed Wi-Fi Internet Service and free daily newspaper delivery (The Villages Daily Sun).
