I visited Kissimmee Florida and after looking at different homes I was considering as a vacation home for my family, I was drawn to this location and this home. There's a sense of calm and quietness I felt when I visited the neighborhood and the view from the back of this home is breathless.
I enjoy being in nature, feeling the cool breeze on my skin, watching the ripples on the lake and the birds that come around. It feels so soothing...
This home has both the proximity to all the major theme parks (Disney, Sea World, Universal and so many other activities) as well as having the privacy and space that other housing developments don't.
We are blessed to have this home and we would like to share it with others.

This neighborhood is on the outskirts of Kissimmee and being at the end of a cul-de-sac with a backyard lake view is an added bonus. The neighborhood is so serene and beautiful. The neighbors are so kind and willing to help with anything.
