Lovely home

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the Orlando area. The home is very clean and functional for a family of 8.

Family Vacation

Looks as advertised! Clean, moderate, great location, enough space for a big family, heated pool perfect for my little one to enjoy and grill worked perfectly! Host answered every question and had quick responses. Look forward to many more family vacations!

Fantastic location

Perfect location for Disney. Unit is laid out ok but is in serious need of paint and carpet. The paint is scuffed everywhere and carpet is in bad shape. Probably ok for a week but we stayed. For a long time. Kitchen is not set up for long term stays. Location great, mgmt was responsiveOverall ok unit in a really good location

Destination wedding

This property was worthy of more stars.. chose this location because is was close to were the wedding venue was being held and was more than satisfied with how close it was to many more attractions, restaurants and stores for necessities. Angel was a great host keeping us well informed and with quick responses. If I am ever in this area again this place is definitely going to be the home away from home.

Disney Marathon

Good location. Clean and well equipped condo. Nice touches throughout. We came to support our daughter as she ran the Disney 1/2 marathon and we enjoyed several Disney parks as well. Washer and Dryer a real plus. Rarely had to use the guarded gate entrance. Easy condo entrance with code.

Overall experience

Property was great. Good location! Check in was chaotic. Never received any information on check in procedures. Pool procedure and such. Had to contact host for property and was only successful via text. Gate qr code or the printed bar code never worked for our entire stay. Seven night stay and there was only one trash bag provided and one towel per person Overall things were very clean and well kept!

Perfect for multiple families

.House is amazing with privacy even for multiple families. When you walk in perfect set up for family with young children. One adult room, kids room and their own bathroom. Rest of bedrooms upstairs and everyone had their own bathroom. Did not realize stroller and wagon in closets until day before check out but they would have definitely been used. Private pool was nice size and awesome amenity.. Other pool and water slides not as crowded after 4pm only complaint is kitchen not stocked very well. No cookie sheet or pizza pan No mixing bowls And for some reason no working microwave above stove with cheaper one on counter top. Bring a fan no ceiling fans upstairs for air movement or noise control so we ran out and bought one which made everything perfect

With some attention to detail, this could be a much better property to rent.

Whenever we travel we choose to rent homes vs stay in a hotel so that we can enjoy the comforts of home and save money by preparing our own meals. This property looked beautiful in the pictures. Given the high reviews, in addition to all the rules outlined in the description/contract, my expectations were high. Having spent a week in the property I offer the following pros and cons. Pros: very clean, starter items included. Mattresses were very comfortable. Televisions, clocks and mirrors in each bedroom. Check-in process was easy. Plenty of hangers in the closets. Cons: Kitchen lacked essentials needed to adequately prepare meals. No hot mitts, baking pans, mixing bowls, or measuring cups. Microwave above the stove was broken, so there was no light above the stove. There was a much smaller microwave on the counter. Many knives had broken pieces. There were only about 3-4 teaspoons in total. Not enough glassware/mugs for 11 people. One of the beds lacked a mattress pad and there was a queen-size top sheet on a king-size bed. There were extra pillows but no pillowcases. One of the TVs did not work consistently. Not all bathrooms had a wastebasket or bathmat. The one towel bar in each bathroom was not sufficient to hold two bath towels and two hand towels. There was a hole in the wall where one of the towel bars had been repositioned. The bathrooms are in desperate need of hooks. If you are a traveler who likes to work-out in the morning, please be aware that the gym does not open until 9:00am. There is no guidebook at the property that quickly and easily provides important information about the property. (Ex. how to use the TV remotes, hours of operation of the club house, etc. More specific information regarding gate entry and access would be helpful as there are multiple gates to enter the resort. The beach towels shown in the photo of the laundry room are not the beach towels provided: towels are small, thin bath towels.The property sleeps 11 but dining/living spaces do not accommodate 11 at one time. While looking good at first glance, the property showed some wear and tear: some blinds in the dining room were broken, doors on some of the closets were off the track, a handle was missing from one of the nightstand doors, top rack of the dishwasher is loose and hard to keep on the track. Lastly, renters BEWARE, 3.75% will be deducted from your security deposit refund to cover the credit card fees!!!!

Family Trip 2022

Location was great, all Parks were easily accessible. We needed 5 bedrooms and this location fit the bill. We also had plenty of parking. I would prefer a little more information prior to check in. We had a couple of maintenance issue that were taken care of by the customer service staff. The on site water park was a hit for our day off from the big attractions. Dad’s 80th

This was a fantastic location for our family Disney trip. We had 6 adults and the house was very spacious. There are a few maintenance issues they need to deal with like broken blinds, messed up walls, broken toilet paper & towel holders, but that doesn’t effect the cleanliness of the house. The only other thing is that they only give you one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, but none of the rolls were full. I love that they tell you exactly what is and is not provided. The communication with the owners is amazing!

Highly Recommend

This property had it all! It was easy to communicate with manager to set up extras we wanted like use of gas grill and heated private pool. We had smooth check in/out process. House was very clean! It was also perfect location… close to theme parks and on-property water park was great!

Over all Great stay

The home was clean and cozy. Furniture was modern, we had an overall great stay. Only ran into a couple of issues. There was a broken trash can that was left in the kitchen, my 3 year old tried throwing trash away in the bin (you had to step on it to open the lid) and she hurt herself with it. We advised the owner and they had a new trash can dropped off. We also tried getting in the pool the night that we arrived but it was dirty, The owner did explain the filter only works during the day. The next day we tried getting in, but the water felt slimy and smelled bad. So we didn't attempt to use it for the rest of the trip. They did not have crib or pack and play accommodations, they did refer me to a website to rent one, but unless your staying a min of 7 days they would not rent one out. We had to buy a pack and play when we arrived in Florida. With exception of those events the home was great overall!
