Quiet, Beautiful Montecito Bungalow
Writers or Artists retreat? Cottage is situated on a quiet, non-through street, complete with an occasional horse coming down the street and sometimes the sounds of donkey's braying. Yet, close to elite but casual Montecito Village with fine eating and shopping, close to the mountains for hiking and the beach for watersports or just reading a novel under an Umbrella. Summerland is close by for antiquing and Santa Barbara is 10 minutes away for whatever you fancy. Arts, culture, theater, sports, shopping, wine tasting, whiskey tasting, great bars and restaurants. If that is not enough, you can drive 40 minutes and be in wine country that rivals or surpasses Napa. The rest is up to you.
If you are great with dogs and might like to sit a wonderful Welsh Corgi we might be able to arrange a discount for sitting Ziggy. (As with the house-stay, I need great referencesI)
Due to local ordinance I can only rent it for a whole month OR a partial month; but only one partial per month. I hope that makes sense.

Quiet rural feeling street that dead ends. Neighborhood ranges from my small cottage to estate properties. Good walking, hiking right out the door. Beach is 2 miles away, town is about the same distance.

A couple of Adirondack chairs in front to watch the Sunsets and a jacuzzi in the back to enjoy the starlit night
