This property is a quick 5 minute drive to town or parking for the gondola. We recommend to either catch the free bus off of Ski Hill Rd up to Peak 8 or just to ski down 4 O'Clock Trail to the Snowflake lift or base of the gondola if you're going skiing.

PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

The house had a very odd odor. We purchased 2 different candles to hide the smell while we were there. I briefly had trouble getting the final payment to go through can sent multiple messages to the host via the VRBO message, and never received any reply. We commonly stay at VRBOs and this one was just ehh. The property does NOT have a working elevator either.

Best ski get week!

This was a great place to stay. My son (25 year old) and I enjoyed our time here. The location and access to the slopes is fantastic. Host was able to accommodate us for an extra day and was quick to answer any questions we had. If your sole purpose for going to Breckenridge is skiing, this is a great place with a good rate.

This is a very nice place to stay at for skiing. Close to the slopes with a short walk on and off the trail edge. Place is well kept with comfortable beds and a kitchen to cook in to save some from going out every night. Would stay here again.

Ella was very helpful with any questions we had. This was our first time using VRBO or any similar service, so naturally we had a lot of questions. She responded quickly and was a fantastic host. The property was perfect for our stay, our only sort of complaint is the lack of air circulation within the condo. (No fans/AC). There were a few days where the temperature was a little uncomfortable but for the most part our stay was fantastic.
