We had a great stay. The communication was great and the property managers were very helpful and accommodating. The location is amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Some areas that could be improved...the property is older so maybe that is why it didn't seem clean in some areas- floors and bathrooms in the guesthouse, doors and doorframes, under the kitchen sink. There are several areas where the floor level changes- one has bright tape but another does not and several of us tripped in the area- probably should be taped as well.

Beautiful spot on lake

The property is very clean and the stay was very enjoyable. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen of any place we have stayed, in regards to cooking utensils and pots/pans/baking sheets.

This property had the best views of the lake from the kitchen, dinning room, bedrooms and the main living room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing place to stay

We really enjoyed the stay. The property offers so much in activities from the game room, the deck, and it's just a great place to unwind. The beds are super comfy, and the place was clean as a whistle. We would definitely go back!

Wonderful stay!

Great property! Loved the location. Kids enjoyed the game room and being able to fish right off the dock. Great family vacation! Hosts were excellent in communicating and making sure everything was perfect.

Felt Like Home

As I get older I rate places to stay by how comfortable the beds and pillows are. While this home was decorated in great style for a perfect lake side stay, it was the beds and pillows that won the day. Our stay was short but very relaxing after a vacation trip through Tennessee and Kentucky. Love the property.

Best lakefront views in the area. Comfortable bedding - we ordered the pillows that were used when we got home! Dining room/deck views were unsurpassed. Overall lovely and relaxing stay.

So… this place was just okay at best… we thought it screamed 1970s mobile home… it attempts to wear modern dress but you just can’t hide the soul of an old woman. It’s very generic. The hot tub has a rigged tarp cover; there were ants every day on the kitchen both days we were there… the bathrooms were horrible except for the heated toilet seats… my pictures prove my points.

I am truly sorry you felt that way about our property. It was originally an old marina from the 60’s, that I believe we have done a great job of making it a desirable rental property that most all of our other guests appreciate as you will see from previous reviews. I also do not believe our photos misrepresent what you are renting. As it is a rental property, and not every guest treats it as if it were there own home, she does tend to get dings and scratches (far worse with some guests) but we try and address all of those issues as best we can. Again, I am very sorry you felt that way but hope you enjoyed your stay.

Great Weekend getaway!

Views were spectacular, right on the water! Great amenities- game room was a fun added bonus. Wonderful place to spend time with friends or family gatherings. Beds were very comfortable! Hope to go back in the summer for a longer stay! Would highly recommend!

Amazing house and views

We had a wonderful time at Lake Hamilton and the house was perfect for our family!!!! We highly recommend staying here! The views are spectacular and the lake is gorgeous! The house was very clean and had every amenity we could have wanted.
