In a bourgeois building facing the sea, this beautiful, fully renovated, 65 m², dual-aspect, 2-bedroom apartment features all mod cons. It features air conditioning, double glazing, high ceilings, a living/dining room, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, and two televisions.

It is important to leave the apartment clean at the end of your stay. If you are unable to do so, a cleaning service will be arranged at your expense (€90).

Check-in is 3:00 PM/8:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM.

Arrivals after 8:00 PM will be charged €50. Check-out is 10:00 AM. For late arrivals or departures, please contact us by email or text message.

This apartment is ideally situated right across from the beach, offering easy access to the Promenade des Anglais. It’s close to all essential amenities, including public transit to the airport and downtown Nice. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained—ideal for a comfortable stay.

Perfect location. Super quick tramway ride to and from the airport. A lovely apartment. As so many reviews have said, Catherine was very easy to communicate with and so helpful. Gorgeous views of the sea.

Great European Apartment

It was extremely clean, and was a great size for our family of 3. The access to the beach (across the street), and the Tram was very convenient. The suite had everything we needed, and was well priced for what we received. 10/10, would visit again.

Beautiful and charming property and location. The host was so lovely giving us a tour of the property. Easy access to the beach and only a short walk to old town. We enjoyed having lots of dishes and all the amenities we needed The only suggestion I would have is to update the linens and towels. The pillows and towels were old and we were only provided with one small drying towel each.

This should be the benchmark of VRBO or any other travel site. It was the first stay on my vacation that I looked forward to getting back to the apartment. The appliances worked well and the location is fantastic. Not a lot of foot traffic outside, but only about a 2 minute walk to town. Having an elevator worked very well for us. Beautiful apartment in convenient location

We enjoyed our time in Nice and the great location of the apartment to Promenade des Anglais. Easy to catch an Uber, rent a Lime Bike and ride to Old Town on the Promenade and close to both Gare Du Nice-Ville and the airport. The hosts were wonderful and very attentive. Safe, clean and well appointed.

Lovely apartment and lovely view

Hosts are very helpful and the apartment has a good atmosphere. We loved the balcony for breakfast in the morning. The apartment was well equiped. We appreciated the location close to the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. We would like to come back.

A very nice stay

A lovely property in Nice -is a bit far from the main areas, but we just got the tram everywhere as the station was behind the building. It is right across from the beach, which isn’t too busy as it out of the main area. We had a great time and Catherine and her son were very helpful.

Beautiful apartment in Nice

My friends and I had a lovely time staying in Catherine’s property in Nice. The apartment is right across the street from the beach (with sea views out the window), and very close to the tram, which will take you anywhere else in Nice you would like to go. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, and Catherine was a lovely host. I highly recommend staying here for your visit to Nice.

Very pleasant, location was excellent and description of the property was accurate. We were grandparents taking a high school graduate on a trip. The bedrooms accommodated us with the only negative the quality of the towels. Could have used two bath towels per guest. The owners greeted us when we arrived and saw us off as well.

Côte d’Azur

Very clean and comfortable apartment across the street from a beautiful coastal walking/riding path. Good communication with Catherine and Antoine. Antoine even lent us his American coffee maker. A little over a 2 mile walk to Old Nice but only 2 minutes from the tram that will take you to the center of town for 1.70 euros.

Charming Hosts and Exquisite View

This was the second time we stayed in The Lorenc’s property, the other having been February of 2020 when we had come for Mardi Gras. It did not disappoint on either occasion.The apartment is exactly as described, spotless, well-equipped and a minute’s walk across Promenade des Anglais to the water. Unlike many vintage French buildings, this one has a tiny lift which makes ferrying luggage so much easier. The tram just behind the building makes access to downtown and Old Town easy. The hosts are delightful, communicative and responsive. I highly recommend this property and the beautiful city of Nice.

Disappointed

The host seemed irritated with us on every contact especially when we tried to ask normal questions. She gave us no information about checkout until after we had left which was early due to departure schedules. The apartment is quite far from center of town. Furniture was covered with blankets which was strange. I think pictures were somewhat misleading.

Les informations pour le départ sont sur le site, le contrat de location et nous en avions discuté à votre arrivée. Je vous ai attendu à 11h ce qui était prévue, vous êtes arrivés à 19h sans prévenir et pas de réponse à mes appels. L'adresse de l'appartement est dans l'annonce, il fallait regarder si cela ne convenait pas. De plus le tramway ou le bus sont au pied de l'immeuble et moins de 10 minutes du centre ville. Enfin, seul le canapé à un plaid.

Outstanding apartment

Wow...I will remember all the good things about this apartment forever, but the checkin and meeting Catherine and her family made it so much more than renting an apartment. Their son even gave me a ride to airport on final morning. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need, bed super comfortable, apartment was spotless. Quiet at night. Air conditioning worked perfect...turn it off when you leave and quick cool down when you return. I have to admit I loved that there was an American coffee machine. Quick swim right across the street and beach towel/chair/bag all ready for you. Lift for luggage. I loved it. Just need to know bus number 12 gets you to the busier parts of Nice. Stop right out front 2 blocks away. Outstanding apartment. I highly recommend it!
