This cozy condo is in the middle of everything: A neighborhood gathering place right across the street with live music weekends! Publix & Walmart Market/drug store close by, state park/bike trails, white sugar sand beach below, emerald water, golf courses close, public fishing pier! Watching sunsets from the gazebo is a spectacular dining event! The Phoenix with the most amenities: ATM, racquetball, tennis, fitness room, indoor pool, sauna, hot tubs, game room, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, gazebo for grilling and sheltered dining
