All our units are thoroughly cleaned for your protection after all guests leave.
Located in the Heart of Beautiful Downtown Cocoa Beach !!! Only 15 min from Port Canaveral Cruise Terminal..!! Walk to a variety of 25 restaurants, stores, bars,and entertainment. Music at several locations within walking distance. Beautifully decorated, it is a 1 bedroom and 1 bath condo. Kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, glassware, silverware, Keurig coffee maker and pots and pans. Living room has a conversion sofa (full size), 40 in. TV, and free WIFI with a glass sliding door that looks out directly at the ocean.!!

Beautiful bathroom with tiled shower and stone floor includes towels, soap, shampoo and a hair dryer. Bedroom has a queen-bed, TV, dresser. Washer and Dryer in the unit for your use.

Outside balcony with a direct view of the ocean and stairs take you to a private path to the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, boogie boards and umbrella are there for your use. Extremely clean and comfortable unit.

Best view! Just a few steps to the beach and Coconuts on the Beach bar. This was our second stay. The outside is very old school. The units are small but perfect for a couple. It has everything you need. Decorated cute and beachy. New since last time, Dirty Birds restaurant bar right behind place where the food was so good.The full moon led the way for late night beach walks. Hosts very responsive

We had an amazing time. This was our first time staying some where so accessible to the beach. I feel spoiled now. It was centrally located to so many restaurants. The host communicated with us with helpful instructions. I would love to stay here again someday.

We had the best time. Location was perfect steps from the beach and in walking distance to places to eat and shopping. Everything was clean and A/C worked great. It was how described. My husband and I stay for three days and zero complaints! We would 100% recommend and be back.

A little unassuming on the outside but very nice and clean inside, good/prompt communication from property owners. Good AC, good several good restaurants within walking distance and the beach is LITERALLY right there.

Things appeared clean. Host responded quickly. Definitely had a beach view. Access to it was a little confusing and overgrown. Don’t walk it barefoot - you get small cockleburs in your feet. Balcony was way too small. Your knees were right at the railing. You couldn’t sit out there and enjoy the view when raining because it came in on you since the edge of the roof wasn’t long enough to protect you. It backs up to dumpsters, a restaurant and a bar. When the bar was hopping there wasn’t peace out there. The exit onto the balcony is dangerous. Easily trip and fall which almost happened a few times. Toes were bruised hitting the metal edges. Whole place could do with upgrades. Paint inside and out. Including steps. The shower. A regular coffee pot maker. Not just Keurig. Ice maker. The shower hose outside. The beach chairs. We didn’t use the umbrellas because both appeared broken. It is really small. Especially the bathroom. More bath towels and wash cloths would have been useful. What we mainly wanted was to be right on the beach and have ocean views. That was definitely what we got.

Love that the balcony overlooked the ocean. The condo was clean and well take care of. The hosts were very accommodating and kind. Absolutely love that it was in downtown. A lot of great restaurants are just in walking distances and shops also.
