We stayed here for the Space Coast Marathon. The condo is gorgeous! Everything we could possibly need was provided. Only issue was the stairs getting to the condo. They are uneven and not easy to navigate, especially after running a marathon. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Unit has been updated and was lovely and patio and view were awesome. The buildings themselves are very run down and need exterior work. Small pool was up by road and not very inviting. Host was great to deal with.

My family and I stayed here for three nights before heading off to Disney. Property proximity to and view of the beach were amazing. All the things you needed for a great day(s) at the beach were already in the condo. Check in was super easy and the host was great. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in Cocoa Beach!
