Direct Ocean - Boardwalk Condo - Walk To Most Everything

Direct Ocean in the heart of Cocoa Beach. Walk to restaurants, cafes, outdoor dining with live music, and entertainment. End unit with 30 Ft. balcony on second level (5 ft off ground)

**3 miles South of Cocoa Beach Pier**

This is a beach front unit with private gate to the beach. Pool in the front of the building. There are two parking spaces. You may choose to park underground or above.

Dining area and living room looks out onto the ocean and a 30 ft. balcony equipped with seating. The living room has a navy blue couch, a white leather recliner and a 50 inch flat screen TV. Dining area has a large wood tsble with 6 chairs, 2 bar stools The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with NEW appliances and includes full- size washer/dryer.

There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk in closet, Flat screen TV, and direct view of the ocean. The master bathroom is also newly renovated, has a walk in shower and linens are provided. The guest bedroom has a twin and a queen bed .with a full bathroom right next to it, along with flat screen tv.

Beach towels and beach equipment are provided.

The condo was clean and everything has been thought of! We flew in and didn’t have to worry about beach toys, towels, chairs. The beds and pillows were amazing!!! Location was key. Coconuts on the beach was our favorite. Thank you for so many memories our family made. We will be back.

The condo was in a wonderful location and next to the beach. So once you get there by car, you may not need to drive around much. The unit is beautiful and must have been remodeled in recent years. Wonderful beach stay for a family

Our whole family stayed here and had a great time. Beautiful view and access to the beach. Host was nice and very responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The Property was clean & cozy. My only disappointment was not having a clear view of the ocean due to overgrown shrubs but that’s not the owners fault and she said they’ve already complained but I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Cocoa Beach. They were very easy to work with.

This was a perfect location for walking to restaurants and getting to the beach quickly. The beds were super comfy and there was more than enough room for our family of 4. The owner was super responsive and we had a fantastic stay! Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment listing photos are accurate. The view of the ocean is wonderful and the beach access is a few feet away. The apartment was clean and the beds were super comfortable.

The condo was clean and extremely well stocked. Everything you need is there. The location was perfect for walking to the beach or around the corner for food. The balcony was our favorite hang out spot!

Excellent Location, Excellent Host

We enjoyed our four night visit. The location to the beach was awesome. We love that we didn’t have to pack up a car just to visit the beach; it was literally a two minute walk. While the kitchen and bathrooms are updated, the condo itself is older than we were expecting. Overall, the condo was clean. We had a small issue on the first day, but Marisa was incredibly quick to respond and focused on us enjoying our stay. Proximity to the beach and the host are a 10/10.

Cocoa Beach is always a gem

Wonderful stay with a perfect ocean view and direct beach access. Fully stocked kitchen and had all the beach gear we needed to spend the days with our toes in the sand. Great location, we took a day trip to Kennedy Space Center. Owner responded quickly to our questions. Memorable family vacation.

Can't beat the location!

What we loved most about staying at this property was the location. We were able to walk to different coffee shops and restaurants. The beach outside the condo was safe and recommended by the lifeguards. Condo was comfortable, upgraded, and clean. The garage was nice. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect Beach location

We had a great stay in this condo. The condo itself is very updated and clean. And the view of the ocean is fantastic. Being next door to beach bars/restaurants was also very convenient. Many other restaurants and coffee nearby. Having beach chairs and other things for the beach was also very appreciated. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We live in NJ, which is where I grew up and so did our two children, who recently moved to NYC. My husband is a native Floridian. We vacationed yearly in Florida when our kids were small to enjoy the warm weather and spend time with their grandparents We still go to Florida as often as we can. It's our second home.

Why they chose this property

This is our second condo on the Space Coast and we absolutely love this area. We've vacationed in Cocoa Beach for many years. Our kids have grown up with many great memories of visiting their grandparents in the area.
