Beautiful Oceanfront and Beachfront 3rd Floor Condo in Downtown Cocoa Beach. Security entry building. Small condo with 25 units. Renovated with Beach House Style Decor. Unit 203 is also ours if you are interested in this unit as well: Vrbo ID: 1377371.

Private balcony in Living Room and Master Bedroom with a view of the ocean and beach, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests: 4 adult (master king bed, 2nd bedroom queen bed) and 2 kids (Queen size sofa bed in living room). Life guards are couple hundred feet away from you. Boardwalk is a desirable community, with relaxing pool to cool down during hot summer season.

No busy street to crossing, Ocean and beach is in your back yard. nice size kitchen and dinning room, is perfect for your family getaway dinner. you can escape to the the beach and walk to everything around you. Enjoy happy hours on Coconut on the Beach next door, all of the great restaurants, shops, and live entertainment that downtown has to offer just out of your door. Wake up every morning to a fabulous sunrise and cheers the afternoon at sunset.

No keys to lose! This property provides secure, key less entry with the August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, ONLY you and/or anyone whom you authorized to access, for the duration of your stay. All of our guests have a peace of mind, because no any guests have access to the key, or any chance to copy a key. No worry if someone will open your door while you are staying there. Our guests safety is our number one priority!

No animal, which has fur (sorry) is allowed because owner has severe medical conditions - life threatening situations, please understand, and thank you.

This property is amazing! The host is extremely responsive and answered all of our questions. The condo was larger than we thought which was great. It had a good vibe and was tastefully decorated. The location seemed to be in a safe area where you could find almost everything you need within walking distance. Comfortable bed and very clean. What was the best thing about this place? The million dollar view of the ocean right from your patio. We even experienced a rocket being launched in the night sky. We highly recommend this beachfront spot.

My first time doing a BnB, so of course I was nervous about everything. The condo is smaller but felt large and roomy. The Hostess is absolutely amazing and wonderful, I can’t stress that enough, she was amazing!!! The view is stunning and the amenities are amazing. I’m already planning to stay a week in 2026. There are activities all around you, you don’t even need to drive anywhere. I highly rate this place if you just want a relaxing quiet place to open the doors and listen to the waves crashing. The outdoor balcony is a great view and my friend got to watch their first rocket launch and it was an amazing view. All around amazing, clean, beautiful view condo. The hostess answered my questions(I had a lot) lol, she even stayed on the phone until I got comfortable with everything. I honestly can’t say enough WONDERFUL things about my experience here. Thank you for my stress free stay!!

It was our first time at Cocoa Beach and we loved the town. Great food, lots within walking distance. The condo is quiet and comfortable, and the view from the balcony is ideal. Umbrella and beach chair rentals are located right beside beach access and beach was not crowded. We would definitely come back.
