Top Side Cottage offers all the amenities of home, including: Full size appliances, washer / Dryer, all linens, granite fire place, large deck, flat screen satellite TV with 115 channels, free WiFi access, private parking with unobstructed breathtaking views over Somes Sound and Sargent Mountain. Top Side Cottage on Somes Sound comes with a deep water dock perfect for fishing or keeping your boat. Enjoy the sunrise and quiet island atmosphere from your own deck, and listen to the loons at sunset. A deepwater mooring is complimentary if you are bringing / renting a boat. Top Side Cottage is well maintained, and kept to the highest standards in cleanliness and quality. We provide all the firewood you need, soap, detergent, paper towels, trash removal, and even a large kettle to cook your fresh Maine lobsters which you may purchase at boat price from our dock. Enjoy fine local restaurants, and spend the day in Bar Harbor which is only a 10 minute drive.
