The living room opens onto a spacious oceanfront deck, perfect for enjoying the salty breeze and sunset views. The stylish interior and ample seating create a perfect space for relaxation or gathering with family.

The recently renovated kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. With its sleek design and open layout, it’s a perfect place to prepare meals while enjoying ocean views.

Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: King bed with ocean views and deck access, plus a spacious, newly renovated en-suite bathroom with a fully tiled shower.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed with comfortable furnishings.
Bedroom #3: Two sets of twin bunk beds, sleeping up to 4 children.
Bedroom #4: Queen bed with cozy bedding and serene decor.

Big beautiful balcony with plenty of seating which is perfect for watching the dolphins and surfers. The kitchen lacked some items like pot holders, towels (only one provided), only small cooking sheets, and no cheese grater. We had a large group and cooked often. Also, only one set of wash cloths and towels per person which left us washing laundry daily. Overall, it was a beautiful place, amazing tile accents, and a bar area.

Quiet, perfect location

Bright, cheerful, easy walk to pier and downtown, balcony was perfect. The mattresses were thin and the bed linens were rough. Overall we had a comfortable stay for just a few nights.

In town for a wedding and stayed here. Great location and amenities. Beautiful sunsets and sunrise pictures every morning. Would love to stay again. This is a well loved and frequented rental.

Great property, great location!

First time to Folly Beach. This condo was located in the heart of everything. We were able to walk everywhere we went. Steps to the beach and downtown! Loved our stay. Highly recommend!

Fabulous location in Folly Beach

The location was ideal with easy access to the beach, gorgeous views, and quick walks to great restaurants. On the downside, the mattresses in some rooms were uncomfortable and sqeaky, there was a dead dragonfly on the floor at check in and the balcony door didn't lock. ndspringswere were deadly

Beautiful place

What a great location and place to stay. Clean and very comfortable. Host was great to deal with. Instructions to get in the gate were a bit confusing. Make sure you read very carefully.

Spacious condo; was very clean; plenty of space when friends and family there. Furniture was nice; durable and comfortable; beds/mattresses were in good condition; bathrooms had ample storage as did the kitchen. The issues that did arise were handled quickly by property management with constant communication. This is a well maintained and very clean property.

Excellent property!

This was a fantastic property for our family and friends. There was plenty of space for 6 adults and the view was amazing. It was clean and comfortable for all of us to relax. We loved being able to walk everywhere on Folly Beach. The only suggestion would be a more comfortable master bedroom mattress. Otherwise, everything else was as advertised and more!

Almost like home

Location was excellent .... only steps from the beach. Surf sound always present. Convenient to retail. All appliances worked. Dishware, cooking utensils, everything one needs. So comfortable and complete. Served our group of 10 perfectly.

Peace and Tranquility

Saylor's Folly and Folly Beach were amazing. The condo was very comfortable and spacious with breathtaking views of the ocean that provided a place of peace and calmness. When not at the beach, we spent a lot of time sitting on the terrace watching and listening to the waves. Loved the accessibility to shops, restaurants and the coffee shop next door. Took a bike ride up and down the streets admiring the beach houses. My daughter (21 years old) and her boyfriend (22 years old) joined me on this trip to celebrate the end of my breast cancer treatments. We couldn't have picked a better place for us all to enjoy and recharge. Can't wait to come back.

Comfy condo, great view!

We enjoyed our stay. Overall the condo was just as listed with a few minor touch ups needed… but the location is perfect. The condo was clean and comfy! It was well stocked with dishes and kitchen utensils. Not a lot of towels, but that was fine it was a short stay. Also for those that will be cooking there are no seasonings, salt pepper oil nothing like that at all.there were coffee filters though! Yay! No hand soap, just a small bar soap. We enjoyed our short trip to Folly! Thank you. We would stay again 😊

Wonderful stay.

The house was clean and spacious. 3 married couples and couple of teens. We could move around. Very good. Kitchen has pretty much everything we needed. Ability to do laundry was nice. Our only complaint was immediately resolved quickly. You have to use a key fob to get in AND OUT of the condo area to reach the beach. We only had 2 and so many adults. We would have to get in and then have someone met and the fence to get the fob for them to get in later. They delivered 2 more and we didn't even know they were going to. It's pretty close to everything. Loved the proximity to the pier. Beds slept great. Very good place to stay. Would recommend

Some pooblems

We had a roaring and very annoying loud sound that kept people from sleeping in the back two bedrooms. I reported it daily and maintenance came but did not correct noise. I would not come back

Very nice! But needs couple things

Water pressure in kitchen sink very poor and no sprayer to help clean dishes! Also you need to have bake ware. Couldn’t make breakfast casseroles or any dinners with no baking dishes. Need to add some round baking dishes , square and rectangle to make casseroles etc. there was only only one baking pan so very difficult to bake for our family. Also, I always add thus to all places we stay, but if condo sleeps up to 10 people please get 4 slice toaster, much easier! Just little things with very minimal cost! That’s why 4 star not 5 star rating from me!
