The cottage is quiet and relaxing with birds, deer, black bear and other animals, but safe and relaxing. Near Concord U., Winter Place Ski Resort, Pipestem SP, Bluestone Dam, Sandstone Falls, Mathena Center, Princeton, Bramwell, Hatfield McCoy Trail. Applachian Trail. Also near Pearisburg, Pembroke and Wythville, VA., Wolford Haus Theatre. Mt. Lake Resort and not far from Greenbrier Hotel. Also near fitness centers and spas.
