This adorable cottage apartment/duplex is located in the heart of the Franklin historic district and is loaded with charm and amenities. It includes a:

- private wifi and Apple TV (with YouTube TV)
The entire unit is yours, with no shared space. Private deck and entrance overlook the large backyard. Hardwood floors throughout with new tile in the renovated bathroom. New stainless steel appliances and private brand new front load washer and dryer are included as well.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, sink with disposal, the all-important Keurig machine, microwave, and a new, full-sized electric range (stove and oven). The bathroom was recently, completely renovated and includes new tile, tub/shower, a double vanity, and comfy new towels.
The large bedroom houses a queen pillow top bed with luxurious Pottery Barn and high thread-count linens and a large closet. The living room has closet space as well and is set-up to be used as a great hang-out space with a comfy sectional sofa. For fellow allergy sufferers, all linens are down alternatives, and washed with fragrance free detergent.
The apartment is authorized to sleep 6 but it is actually setup for 2 people. If you are planning on a stay with more than 2 people, please reach out to us prior to booking so we can make sure that it meets your needs.
The apartment is ideally located in the historic district, on the north side of Franklin, less than 3 miles from Cool Springs and I-65, and near the Factory. It’s an easy 2 block walk to Harlinsdale Farm, less than a block to the Factory with its weekend Farmers Market, and 2 blocks to historic Main Street, while still being a quick drive to all the restaurants and shops located in Cool Springs.
For the past 3 years the apartment has been rented to business travelers on a 3-month basis and with the exception of the holidays and Pilgrimage Festival, we are still looking for long-term renters (minimum of 90 days). There are discounts for longer rentals (i.e., more than 6 months). All of our renters have only had positive feedback, including one Zillow customer who wrote: “I loved it!”
Attention Pilgrimage Renters: Our apt is one of the closest rental opportunities you will find to Harlinsdale Park. As a result, you do not need to pay for parking and can easily walk the block and a half to the park. Many of our previous Pilgrimage renters enjoy attending the festival and then coming back to the apt periodically during the day for respite between their favorite performances. It always rents quickly, so contact us with any inquiries ASAP if you are interested.
Sorry, absolutely no smokers or tobacco product users (including outside users and e-cigarette and smokeless tobacco products). Only small non-shedding dogs allowed - please, contact us prior to booking to insure your dog is okay. If you get to join us with your furry friend, they will enjoy the large, fenced 1/2 acre backyard. It really is a puppy paradise!!
