This cute little place was my favorite of the Phoenix weekly rentals I have tried! The details were well chosen. The location was great fun and a great neighborhood. I loved staying in this historic little home with great outdoor living space in the backyard with a table. Plus, it had a wonderful front porch for that experience too. I will remember how wonderful this little one bedroom house was for a long time.

Clean, cute, just a five minute walk from the light rail and right on the 3d Ave bike path. Walkable to plenty of restaurants. Property manager is responsive and we'll definitely stay again if/when we're in downtown Phoenix.

Great stay. Host was responsive to a question I had about the TV, as well as a bit of an early check in. Will book again when we come back to Pheonix. Great location, 10 minutes from Sky Harbor and just a few minutes to DT Pheonix. Amazing stay, amenities were great.

This is a beautiful remodeled one bedroom in a very quiet neighborhood! The host makes sure that you have all of the amenities you need and then some write down to having a block in the bedroom in case you forgot yours . they spared no expense on remodel furniture just overall wonderful place to stay. One of the nicest vrbo's I've ever stayed in

My recent stay was excellent. The house was clean and the check-in process went smoothly. The location was great-an easy walk to downtown restaurants and groceries and gas were close by. I will stay at Jeff's place again.

This is truly a remarkable place to stay. So comfortable, nicely decorated, full kitchen with an island, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer, updated and exceptionally clean. It feels more like someone's home than a VRBO. Would stay again in a heartbeat. And the host was exceptional.

I have kids/grandkids in Phoenix, so I have rented a few properties there thru VRBO. This was by far the best. It was in an upscale neighborhood, with well-kept homes.It is a real house with real furniture (not Ikea grade). Major appliances were new and high quality. We did not do any cooking, but there seems to be most kinds of small appliances for those who do wish to cook.Carport and driveway kept the car off the street.I will definitely rent this again if available.

What a wonderful stay! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this property. Everything about it was perfect! The location was ideal, especially since I was visiting my two grandchildren who live nearby.The home itself was lovely, exceptionally clean, tidy, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished with charming personal touches. It was such a pleasure to stay here, and I especially appreciated having filtered drinking water available.Jeff was an absolutely wonderful host. Friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to the few questions or requests I had. He made everything so easy and pleasant.I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. In fact, I found myself not wanting to leave! There was something so peaceful and welcoming about this little house that I could have happily shut out the rest of the world and stayed a while longer.This property truly checked every box, and I would happily return in a heartbeat. Thank you, Jeff, for such a beautiful stay!
