Craig is a retired architect, and former Commissioner in the Historical Resource Commission and a board member in the Preservation Society of Asheville and Buncombe County. Liz is a internationally recognized cancer epidemiologist who enjoys pilates and yoga. They have two dogs is named Rose and Obi and they are Tibetan Terriers.

A historic property in a Swiss Chalet neighborhood that begs you to walk and see the beautiful designs of architect Charles Parker who designed the fantastic Grove Arcade downtown. Adjacent to a golf course and 5 acres of undeveloped land the atmosphere is quiet yet near the city,
What makes this property unique
This is a first class accommodation for the discerning traveler where every detail has been considered. You will be pleased to find a loaf of homemade bread and a bottle of wine awaiting you. Enjoy the park like setting complete with hammock, outdoor grill and picnic table.Well-equipped kitchenette with small refrigerator, dishwasher, electric drip coffee maker, microwave, dual burner induction cooktop and toaster oven. Breakfast beverages (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, creamers and sweeteners) supplied. The bathroom includes a spacious shower and all new fixtures. All original art work including 19th century prints, Japanese vases and sculpture and oil painting.
