4 NIGHT MINIMUM! Sundance Kids - Oceanfront 3 Bedroom - 3 Bath Condo with amazing sunrises and sunsets on the Atlantic! How quickly your vacation begins when you are only steps away from the sand and sea on your private walkway. You can also rinse the salt and sand away at the walkway shower or enjoy the hot and cold outdoor private shower. This home has wonderful ocean views from the family room and a covered deck with rocking chairs. There is also a spectacular view of the marsh from a first floor bedroom balcony. More than one chef can operate in this over-sized kitchen preparing all your vacation meals and seafood delicacies. The first floor bedroom has access to a full bath that also serves as the first floor powder room. The master bedroom upstairs has a private bath and sun deck with loungers for those afternoon naps. The third bedroom upstairs boasts it's own private bath and has great views of the marsh. Property in good shape. Kitchen was very well supplied with pots, pans, etc. The kitchen could use an update and so to for the living room.

The property itself is as described in the photos, however, there were several issues that can't been identified in the photos. First, impression when you walk in...holy cow, it's hot. The A/C is extremely inefficient...and it's clear that the property owners/manager knows this as they had plug-in fans in every bedroom to help compensate for the lack of cooling. Everything in there (aside from the couches) need to be deep cleaned or replaced...particularly the bedding and probably the beds themselves. Cleanliness in general was the biggest issue, I had to go purchase fly traps and a fly swatter as the place had them everywhere. I personally had to wash dishes before using them and clean the common areas to get through the film that was on most all the kitchen area...there's no doubt I left it more clean than I found it. While we were there, the property manager had a handyman come by (without us asking) to hammer down all the exposed nails on the deck, which was nice since I wouldn't let my two year old play out there prior. All in all, for the condition it's in, it's not a good value for the price during peak season. The only reason this isn't getting 1-star is because technically, the pictures are accurate...it's just clear very little of the rental money is being re-invested into the property. Disappointing to be sure
