Great OCEAN VIEWS & STEPS TO BEACH, boardwalk, playground & 2 blocks to the center of town

Enjoy your summer vacation in this lovely 5 bedroom, 4 bath townhome located just third from the Beach. Great Ocean Views and only steps to beach, boardwalk, playground and two blocks to the center of town. All new furniture, including bedding and appliance with TVs in every bedroom and living room. This is a three level rear townhome (so lots of privacy).
First floor offers one bedroom with king bed and private bath, 2 additional bathrooms (each with a set of bunkbeds) including one of the rooms with a roll away bed, plus laundry room on this level as well. First floor east bedroom offers a child's area with smart TV and games.
Second Floor offers master suite with King bed and private bath and smart TV, another bedroom with 2 single beds and private bath. Third floor features a large, open Great Room with ocean views, Dining Area, and kitchen with all new appliances. Three Decks with lots of deck furniture, Gas Grill and owner offers 10 beach tags with your stay. Plenty of parking across street in Borough parking lot.

1st Floor has 3 bedrooms, (one with king bed and it's own full bathroom, 2 more bedrooms each with a bunk bed that sleeps 2 each, and 1 hallway full bathroom)
2nd Floor has 2 bedrooms, (one with a king bed and it's own full bathroom, one bedroom with 2 single beds with it's own full bathroom)
3rd Floor is all living area with a half a bath. No bedrooms on the 3rd floor. NO PETS.

Wonderful weather and location.

The property was very nice - lots of stairs but we knew that. Refrigerator did not seem to keep food cold and on last day fridge part warmed but later came back. Avalon is a very nice location and we were only steps to the beach.
