This delightful condo in Holmes Beach offers a shared pool, two screened lanais, and easy access to island life. Beautifully furnished, and well equipped for your enjoyment, every amenity to make your stay memorable is provided.


A king size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom and a queen pullout sofa in the living room. The full kitchen is outfitted to make any cooking task feel effortless. And for your added convenience, you'll have a private washer/dryer.

Parking is limited to two vehicles.

Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient access, almost at the end of every block, along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of single family homes and small resorts.

Enjoy many activities on your visit: swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. Easily explore the island on the free trolley, with convenient stops the length of the island.

This is a great spot ... walked to the beach, the grocery, and restaurants. Nicely decorated with cozy, comfortable seating areas. Loved that there were 2 porches!! Appreciated all the great kitchen supplies for cooking as well . Perfect in Paradise!!

Excellent Location

We really enjoyed staying at beachview 8. Just a few blocks from the beach, very convenient to grocery and drug stores. The condo was very nice photos are accurate. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the beach umbrellas and chairs. And we loved having double lanai's. I will definitely be booking this again.

Best Beach Getaway Home

We stayed with our 4 children at this conveniently located VRBO home. This home was in walking distance of everything that Anna Maria Island has to offer. (If it wasn't walk-able, then we hopped on the free trolley, which makes stops all along the island.) The property was clean and well stocked with everything that a family could ever want or need for a vacation. The property manager was incredibly responsive and courteous.

Another wonderful vacation

This is our second year in a row staying in this condo. We love the condo and its location. We plan to stay there again next year. I highly recommend it as it has everything you need for a beach vacation and is within a quick walk to the beach and grocery store.

Well appointed AMI rental

While the condo was located on the very busy Manatee public beach, the condo location (two blocks from the beach) and condo amenities (everything you need for a small family with young kiddos) was perfect. Thank you for our lovely stay.

Perfection location

My husband and I had a wonderful experience. The home is centrally located to the bars, restaurants and beaches. The unit was exactly as described. It was very clean and the master bed was comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect condo for family vacation

We loved this condo. We have rented many condos for our family over the years. This condo was the perfect walking distance to the beach, was the most well-stocked condo with everything you need for your trip, the most comfortable pull-out sofa matress ever...just an overall great experience. This will be out go-to unit to rent when visiting Anna Maria Island.

Amazing location! Great week at the pool and on the beach

A couple minute walk to the beach. Also walking distance to a number of stores and restaurants. The island gets really crowded on the weekends during peak season so being able to walk makes the location ideal. Common pool was quite and a great alternative to the beach. All appliances worked great. Beds were comfortable. Sea Birds are up before dawn so if you’re a lite sleeper get some ear plugs. Avoid leaving food so as not to attract ants. Liz was super fast at replying to all of my questions.

Great Condo!

Wonderful place to stay! Exactly like the pictures and description. Management was a pleasure! We have come down to Anna Maria every year for 6 years now. Stayed here while we were in the area for our wedding and recommend to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing stay!

We had a nice stay, very convenient to have Publix so close. Beach is good, not too crowded. Apartment is stocked with everything you may possibly need ... this is a pleasant surprise.

AMI in November

The stay at your condo was excellent. One comment though....... One day we had heavy east winds. The tree branches outside the second bedroom were "banging" against the window. If anyone was trying to sleep there it would not have worked. I suggest trimming the tree branches to keep them away from the window. We really enjoyed the location. Easy to get to the beach and Public's. We hope to return shortly.
