Cozy and great location!!

House was as described and accommodated our family of 5 easily. Loved the location to downtown Chatham-a nice shaded 5 minute walk. The front yard has a beautiful shade tree and chairs we enjoyed every morning and evening w drinks. The grill worked nicely and outside patio perfect for dining. Communication w owner was easy and very responsive to questions. Unlike most rentals the bed linens were included which is a huge bonus for us traveling from Texas!! Plenty of books and games for the kids- we were not lacking for anything!! Will definitely come back!!
