Nestled into the quieter and most private side of the complex, we are steps from the beach. Enjoy the terrific amenities offered at The Beach Club... beautifully landscaped grounds… oceanside saltwater swimming pool…. 2 large hot tubs… a super fitness center...lovely tennis courts, a handy business center...lush gardens...situated in the perfect spot on one of the prettiest beaches in the south.

Unit 304 features a King-sized bed in the primary bedroom….also enjoy the double vanity sinks, separate walk-in shower and soaking tub in the primary bath. The second bedroom has a Queen and a Twin with adjacent second full bathroom.

The updates in our home offer a relaxing beach cottage vibe, and you will find everything needed to enjoy your island escape. Our 3rd floor balcony offers a lovely, partial ocean view, and is cradled above treetops and tropical plants that buffet the location from passersby.

Our unit includes lots of extras for our guests:

Beach equipment (wagon, umbrella, chairs, toys, cooler, towels)

3 smart TVs with cable access and streaming services;
Lots of games and puzzles; shelves full of books; extra pillows and blankets

Kitchen equipped with stainless, titanium and glass cooking and baking pans, plenty of tools and utensils, even herbs and spices

The huge pool is surrounded with loungers , tables and umbrellas, charcoal grills and a gorgeous gateway to the beach.

Enjoy the proximity to the village, restaurants within walking distance, bike rentals, water tours, and day excursions from this handy location.

The Beach Club offers covered parking, conveniently located elevators, complimentary cable/ internet and 24 hour security.

We were a couple of snowbirds from Maine who used to spend half of each year on Saint Simons - 'til we decided to be here year-round! We endeavor to ensure that our guests enjoy every moment they get to be on Saint Simons.

Ideal Location and Exceptional Hosts

Laurel and Jack’s condo was the perfect place to stay for our SSI family beach vacation. Great location near East Beach and Massengale Park, excellent accommodations on the property but above all else incredibly kind and thoughtful hosts. We would definitely stay there again!!

Fantastic owners

Exactly What We Were Looking For

We visited SSI for our annual spring break trek and could not have been happier. This condo was perfect for our young family of 5 and we never had a thought of, “something is missing”. The complex is quiet, and close to everything that you will want to do. The island is not flooded with tourists and while along the beach it seems like you’re away from it all, but in reality you’re a 5 minute ride inland from everything you’d ever need. Laurel was a phenomenal host and goes above and beyond to make sure that you have what you need for your stay. If you’re looking for a not-so-popular spring break destination, SSI is the place to go, and this condo will not disappoint.

Great Value

Condo was nice (though a bit dated) and well equipped. Everything that you need for the beach was available as well as a well stocked kitchen. The rooms were clean where it counted (a few dirty mirrors) and the pool was clean and in great shape. Overall, a great value for the money. We did have a problem with the condo not be ready on time but Laurel was quick to respond and help us out. St Simon’s is beautiful and this was a good location for us. A few close restaurants but a little bit out of the village for a more private beach and area.

Jack and I know that we are very fortunate to have lived in 2 of the most beautiful places in the world (coastal Maine and coastal Georgia). We spent about half of our time living and working in each place, before moving to Saint Simons Island permanently.

Why they chose this property

Jack has longterm ties to Saint Simons Island, and I fell in love with the place the first time I visited to attend his daughter's (my step-daughter's) wedding under the lighthouse. Dolphins swam up to me when I was swimming at East beach...I was hooked! After having spent several winters here, we decided to purchase our condo at The Beach Club - due to its terrific location on the beach. The pool is fantastic! I love to swim every day, and who doesn't love a nice hot tub? Add in the gym, tennis courts, business center and excellent property upkeep and service, and we knew we couldn't find a better value for our own extended stays, and a rental property. We chose our condo carefully, not wanting to be right on the courtyard, which has the bustle of activity. Our place has a quieter, more private balcony space, which is a pleasure any time of day... Its kind of like a treehouse!

We now live nearby so are available in-person should our guests need anything.

We also have added complimentary beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, beach wagon and beach umbrella for our guests to use.
