Stay in this large family house of 160m2 located in a quiet dead end less than 15km from the center of La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré.

All amenities nearby: supermarket 750m, bakery, restaurant, children's park, post office, railway station 2km and bus lines 200m allowing access to La Rochelle without a car in 15 minutes.

Children’s paradise

Staying with 3 young kids. The house is great for kids; safe swimming pool, trampoline and swings. Not filled with breakable decorations etc. The grounds are enclosed by a gate and feel very safe. Well equipped kitchen and eating facilities. The host was kind and responsive, and gave us lots of ideas. There isn’t much to do in the town itself, but the bakery and supermarket are a short walk. A car is essential (theee is a garage) and there is a lot to do in the surrounding area for kids, lovely beaches, a short drive to île de re. La Rochelle centre is 20 minutes away even at the busiest times. As an added bonus, there is a friendly cat who visits the house daily that the children can feed!

une très belle location (bon accueil des propriétaires, petit cadeau accueil ! confort, tout ce qu'il faut, de beaux équipements pour les enfants et ados ping pong, piscine, trampoline, salle de musculation ... bonne situation près d'inter et un centre bourg avec une bonne boulangerie... A 20 mn de la rochelle , de Rochefort A recommander sans modération merci à nos propriétaires

Un excellent accueil pour une maison très agréable

Une piscine bien protégée pour les petits et protectrice du vent et des UV. Un jardin clos Le calme Une jolie maison qui permet à chacun de trouver un espace où jouer, faire du sport ou lire. Et un accueil vraiment très chaleureux.

Nous étions 3 couples avec un enfant d’un an. Le séjour s’est très bien passé. Le gros point positif de la maison est la piscine qui est protégé par une structure en « dur », idéal quand des enfants sont présents. Nous conseillons cette villa.

Nous sommes venus à la Jarrie avec nos enfants et petits enfants ( 10, 8 et 2 ans1/2) pour une semaine. La maison est idéalement située entre Rochefort et la Rochelle.Elle est très agréable. Nous avons trouvé sur place tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le paradis des enfants porte bien son nom! (trempoling piscine, ping-pong balançoire livres et jeux de société sont à disposition) En ce qui concerne les commerces, intermarche et pharmacie sont accessibles à pied. Benoît le propriétaire est sympathique et prévenant. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de nos vacances. Message pour Benoit: "lajarrie" s'est bien habituée à la maison!

Une superbe villa 5 étoiles !!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans la villa du Paradis des enfants. Propriété très agréable, charmante, spacieuse, propre, équipée avec tout le confort, et un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui restent toujours à disposition et sont très agréables ! Propriété située dans une impasse calme à distance des voisin, exposée sud avec la piscine et à quelques kilomètres de la Rochelle. Que du positif !! Nous recommandons très sincèrement cette propriété pour des familles et même groupes d'amis comme nous. Encore un grand merci, Mme. Fanny Boukrout.
