We had a horrible journey from France because of delayed flights. As soon as we arrived at the house, we forgot all about that bad experience and made the most of our stay. The house is perfect—thank you!

We stayed here for four weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. For the first three weeks we were a family of four and we were joined by two additional family members for the last week. There were a few areas that could benefit from a little TLC, but otherwise it met our needs as a base to explore all of the theme parks, beaches and shopping outlets. We had a rental car, the nearest supermarkets are Aldi and Publix which were a couple of miles drive away. The Disney and Sea World parks were around half an hour and a little further for universal depending on traffic. The host was responsive and polite and dealt with a small issue we had which was out of their control. The pool was topped up every Monday and was clean. We would book again, thanks!

Communication wasn’t great. Pool was a little dirty with stuff on the bottom. Took us til the last day to find the hidden silverware and knife drawer. Front sidewalk had gaps which one guest tripped and fell down. House needs a manual for sure. Signs posted are not in clear view.

Villa Dutchess feels like home every time we stay. Comfortable and fully equipped, with a spacious pool and a peaceful garden bordering a nature reserve. Perfectly located near parks, shops, and restaurants. Communication with owners, Frans and Alice, is excellent. We’ve stayed three times and will gladly keep it in mind for future trips.

First Trip to WDW

The house was clean and just as described. We enjoyed our stay very much and the owner was very responsive. It was close to the parks and having our own pool after long hot days at the parks was a treat! Nice quiet neighborhood and the green space behind the house was lovely. We would stay again!
