We have been going on vacation to PCB for years now and stayed in a lot of different condos and I do not think we will return to this one ,the overall stay was not the best .1 downfall is that the beach chair rental was priced very high at 50 a day ,other places they come with the booking .the kitchen did not have a few things we needed ,one being a spatula and the pans were very old .the main issue , had we known we would not have booked was it is right by the elevators and that is all you hear at night and it’s very loud !The condo was nice but will not book again sry

Parking is a confusing issue. The parking garage across the street you have to go to lvl 3 to access the sky bridge walk across the street then down to the lobby over to another set of elevators then up to the condo. Not a big deal but No one else has mentioned it. The only issue was on day 4 of 6 we tried to do laundry. The washing machine was completely covered in mold. The smell was terrible. I emailed them they never responded. Again not a huge deal. The condo was amazing the view was beautiful. The bed was great. Literally everything was perfect except that 1 thing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. Fully stocked kitchen. Spacious rooms. Great view on the top floor!!! The Destination Host was excellent and extremely helpful. The unit was absolutely gorgeous and clean with a Gulf front view of the Emerald coast. We stayed 9 nights and wish we could’ve stayed longer. Actually spotted a family of dolphins from our unit which was very exciting. The property is well located on Front street amongst restaurants and very reasonable shopping with spectacular views of the Gulf. It is family friendly with beachside pool and a Resort side pool with BBQ area. Will definitely recommend and book again when staying in Panama City Beach. This one is well deserving of 7 but I could only give 5

Great Stay Right on the Beach!

We had a great experience in this unit. The balcony has a wonderful view to watch the sunsets, bedrooms are spacious, and you are an elevator ride away from the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Great Stay!

This property was perfect for our beach trip! We had a few minor maintenance issues but they were addressed and fixed almost immediately! The property managers were super helpful and the entire complex was great! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo

The condo is as the photos show. Beautiful views. The location is perfect; close to great restaurants and Pier Park. Nice lounge in the resort with music and fitness center. Will definitely be staying at Emerald Beach next year!

Perfect family vacation

We loved the condo. It has amazing views and has become our favorite of all we have stayed in before at Emerald Beach. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The balcony was also spacious with plenty of seating. We loved having breakfast out there in the mornings. Will definitely stay here again! We go every year and have found our new home away from home!

Gorgeous View

This is the second time we’ve stayed here but first time on the top floor. Love the layouts of the condos and we seen lots of marine life. Remember to bring binoculars.

Overall good experience. Waiting 20+ minutes on elevators daily to get to and from the beach or parking garage was rough, but the property and environment itself was great.
