The peace, privacy and quiet amidst artistic and serene decor, will help you unwind in no time. The Nashville Retreat is ideally located in the heart of Music city, in the hip Hillsboro Village area. Quickly get to Music Row, Downtown Broadway, Green Hills, German Town, 12th South and West End. Uber anywhere within 5 minutes.

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house, but half the house will be closed off (it’s a personal nursery and office that we want to leave our personal belongings in) leaving you with the living area, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom and master bathroom.

I've loved traveling the country and staying in people's homes, this is where I developed a love for hosting travelers myself. In 2014 I made a guest house that now has 70 5 star reviews, and now I've updated my main house to be able to rent it to travelers as well. I really put my heart into making it a place where people are comfortable and feel inspired and at peace. Hope you enjoy it!

Why they chose this property

This home, though historic, has been recently updated. It has everything you need to feel like you're on a retreat. Nice bedding, towels, coffee maker, grill, and the location (in my humble opinion) is the best in Nashville! I've loved living here and walking about 20 minutes to the hip Hillsboro village area where I'll people watch and sip on a latte at the famous FIDO, or get Jenny's Ice Cream and browse cute boutiques. As a songwriter, I love that it's a short uber ride from Music Row, The Bluebird, and Broadway. It really feels safe and peaceful yet so close to all the excitement in Nashville.
