The perfect home away from home

We had a very enjoyable, relaxing stay at your property. Excellent location, close to the center of town and the harbour, yet very quite neighborhood. The house is equiped with all you need and the pool area invites you to linger away the day in style. The beds are-like the rest-of top quality making this the perfect home away from home. We will definitely be back!

Superb location near a beautiful town

Warmly welcomed by Karyn! Walk to the harbour, restaurants etc. Beach about 15 mins walk so "two steps" shouldn't be taken literally! Sanary sur Mer is a beautiful small town with a lovely, classy night time market.

Wonderful house and location

The house is a pristine standard, extremely clean and tidy with everything you will need on your stay. The pool is an excellent size and my children loved playing in it throughout our holiday. The rooms are all a great size too all with bathrooms, I really don’t think the photos do it justice. :-) The local town is a short easy walk away which has many restaurants, cafes and shops. The town is the prettiest we have visited in France with colourful boats in the harbour. Thank you to the hosts they were very welcoming and friendly, we would defiantly return.

Amazing holiday destination

Have just returned from a weeks holiday in this wonderful property, the photos do not do it justice. The real estate agent Karyn was so helpful, even booked us dinner the first night we were there. The property has everything you could ask for and the pool was fabulous. The property does have a steep glass spiral staircase so if travelling with children you may need to ask for a safety gate, but there is a bedroom on the main floor, the pool is also unfenced, and a car is essential. This was one of our best beach holidays ever and we will definitely be returning to this spot in the very near future. Great spot, Sanary-Sur-Mer is a charming little village with a great market, We frequented a local beach club MANTRA (Plage du Lido Sanary) which had a stunning beach and a very impressive Thai Menu. Thank you again to Karyn and also the owners for providing a beautiful property

Many thanks for your nice review and feedback about your holiday experience. Holidays are made of a good location, comfortable housing, extensive leisure, multiple excursions and last but not least about the encounters you make. I try my best to make the holidaymakers feel at home. The owners have the same spirit when decorating the house. Sanary is a great location. The region is full of leisure and excursion opportunities. All ingredients are there ! We hope to welcome you again soon !

Heated pool not heated!

It is a lovely villa but sadly we had booked it because of the heated pool which, unfortunately, was freezing! Having elderly guests with us who were intending to spend their time relaxing in the warm pool, it was a disaster. When we were actually on holiday in the town the Agency Manager and staff were extremely helpful but communication before that was difficult. And it proved impossible to get any help from VRBO who I would not book with again.

Tolles Haus in schönem Ort

Dear holidaymaker ! Many thanks for your review ! We are very pleased to receive it danish :-) Let me first translate it with the help of Google and then comment it << Well-functioning house close to town and beach >> << The house is incredibly well functioning and clean. Air conditioning works optimally and the pool and garden are well maintained and clean. The annexe is good but not exactly on the excellent level of the house. The distance to the beach is 10 minutes walk - small bay with a few restaurants. The distance to the city is 10 minutes walk - beautiful french town. We would like the intro folder to be translated into English instead of only in French. An excellent holiday in a fantastic nice area - definitely recommendable >> Many thanks again for this very positive review. It was very nice to have you as guests at Villa Carpe Diem. The annexe is undergoing a refurbishment and will be up to our holidaymakers' expectations. For your next visit, the intro folder will be translated in english - promised ! Best wishes

Geschmackvoll, gediegen, super preis, super Lage u

Alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen, trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Ausstattung läßt keine Wünsche offen. Gute Price/value Relation. Betten bequem, alles tiptopp in Schuss, sauber und gepflegt. Privacy im Garten und am Pool. Absoluter Tipp.
