The condo was clean and well organized and had all we needed for our stay. We loved the complex and the location. It’s close enough to the heart of NSB to easily enjoy the shopping and restaurants, but it’s far enough down to provide a quiet beach. We came down right after king tides and rain(obviously not anyone’s fault), so we weren’t on the beach the first two days but enjoyed our time there as the week progressed. We would highly recommend the condo as a perfect place to stay when visiting NSB!

This condo is exactly as pictured but that still left us speechless when we walked in. It is absolutely beautiful in person and the balcony is the best place to hang out. The kitchen is perfectly stocked to cook and enjoy meals. We had amazing communication with the manager and host, friendly interactions with neighbors, check in and out were a breeze, and overall an amazing experience. You can tell that the owners take pride and still enjoy visiting their condo and I believe that truly makes a difference when choosing a place to stay. We cannot wait to stay again!

This is our second year staying at this condo. We absolutely love this unit. It is very clean and has everything that you could possible need. The views are amazing. We will be definitely be staying here again.

This vacation rental has an oceanfront swimming pool, high speed Internet WIFI located in a well maintained complex in beautiful New Smyrna Beach, Florida, in east central Florida. It is about a 1-2 hour drive to Orlando attractions, Disney World, Universal, Cape Canaveral, the Space Center, St. Augustine and more!
